I have a genetic syndrome that requires annual colonoscopies and Dr. Mosko is always so thorough and thoughtful in the way he manages my health with me. I would recommend him highly to anyone - he knows what he's doing and he really cares.

Dr Mosko performed a Zenker's diverticulum myotomy on me, a complex operation requiring a very high skill level. The outcome was excellent, as was the time spent with the St Mike's pre-op evaluation team. Everyone was easy to deal with, very thorough and professional. I can't say enough good things about Dr Mosko and his colleagues.

I waited 6 months for a EUS reappointment upon arrival waited another 2 hrs with an iv in my arm and then told to go home because their scope broke. He told me they'll have me rescheduled in a few weeks, mind you this was in Jan 2019 and I'm still waiting for a call back and it's almost September.

Dr. Mosko put me at ease right away. He was patient and helpful with the information he imparted and gave me reassurance as to any outcomes I might have resulting from tests I need. Of the various doctors I have seen at St. Mike's (and there seem to be excellent ones) he is one of the best. In other jurisdictions, I have been given short-shrift and a feeling of being rushed; not so with Dr. Mosko. His assistant is also very kind and follows-through.

My mother was taken to the emergency room of a nearby hospital with jaundice.After the hospital diagnosis, thought that is the bile duct obstruction, needs to install the stent to dredge the bile duct.But because of the difficulty, the hospital was unable to complete the operation, and the doctor advised us to try St.Michael Hospital.When we met with Dr Mosko, he told us he had a good chance of completing the operation.More than an hour later, when Dr. When Mosko came out of the O.R. smiling, we two sisters hugged him and burst into tears.The next day my mother's skin returned to normal and was discharged to home. I think Dr. Mosko is the angel sent by God to save my mother's life. So I will highly recommend Dr. Mosko.

I saw Dr. Mosko a couple of times. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and on time with the appointment. One time I visited him on the wrong day (my fault). Since I had to use vacation to get to the appointment, I asked his assistant if there might be room for Dr. Mosko to see me that day. She was very nice and suggested that if I did not mind waiting, Dr. Mosko might have time to see me once he finished seeing all of the people who had appointments. After an afternoon of appointments he took the time to see me, and took as much time as was necessary to review test results with me. He was pleasant and did not rush, which was wonderful given that he could have made me come back on another day instead of seeing me after his appointment hours.

My wife had a large tumour in her lower colon. Dr. Mosko was very honest when he said he was not sure if he could remove it, but added that he would not attempt it unless he was sure he could remove it. He took great care and was able to remove it after a one and a half to two hours extra time. We both found him personable and very kind. His secretary should be commended. She was really nice each time we called and handled, what must be a very stressful job with skill and compassion.

Dr. Mosko’s is second to none; he’s so patient and helpful, and most importantly, he cares about his patients. I’ve never seen a doctor go out of their way like he has. I’m so lucky to be in his care.

Very compassionate & knowledgable. Explained the procedure so I understood exactly what to expect. I was in & out in 4 hours. I would highly recommend him
