Dr Kaicker saw me in the ER at MDH. Compassionate, knowledgeable and patient, he will listen to you and be thorough in his responses. Im so grateful he was on call when I had to visit the ER

Dr. Kaiker shows genuine care and concern for my well-being. I find him to be extremely knowledgeable, honest, and precise. He bases his advice on evidence and deep medical understanding. He always explains the available investigative and treatment options, building trust, and then follows up thoroughly. He is approachable, respectful and professional at all times. Melanie and all the staff working with Dr Kaiker are both friendly and efficient at all times and make a great team.

I find Dr. Kaicker and his team to be very people focused and wonderful team. I feel I am in great hands with Dr. Kaicker during the appointments. He actively listens to me and asks questions, he talks to me about treatments and sharing of knowledge. I also feel that he is very proactive in his approach to healthcare which is a real treat and not something I have experienced in the past. Outside of the appointments his team is also really people focused. They are kind, on the ball and informative. They take the time to explain and really connect. I feel the whole team are working hard for their patients. I am very thankful to have found this team to go through my health journey with!

I am so glad I met Dr Kaicker and Melanie! Having to speak with Melanie first, is such a treat. She's an absolute gem! Dr Kaicker, is so knowledgeable and prefers to give suggestions rather than give a prescription for something that may not be needed. Personally, I like this process. P.s. Dr. Kaicker is the best physician I have ever had. He actually takes the time to hear what your concerns and symptoms are. Dr. Kaicker follows through with a proactive course of treatment, not prescribing meds and sending you on your way. He doesn’t just try to manage your symptoms but rather get to the cause. I have had random symptoms for the last few years that could have been any number of things. Dr. Kaicker did not brush me off or make me feel like I was losing my mind (although at times I thought I was), and now we have just found the reason for my symptoms. While it is nothing to be excited about, I am just so relieved to finally have answers! Dr. Kaicker and Melanie, I really appreciate both of you and your time and patience with me.
