Dr. Colburn is very caring & professional....she thoroughly explained each & every procedure & product...the staff is amazing - everyone makes you feel well taken care of

With some questionable chronic gyneo issues, I have seen lots of doctors in various countries, but none that have the communication skills, patience, and empathy of Dr. Colbourne. She is always pleasant, supportive, informative, and up to date. Love everything about this doctor. I highly recommend her and hope she has a long happy career here on PEI. We're lucky to have her!

Dr. Gina Colbourne simply the best! After my day surgery (she removed several polyps) when I woke up, she was holding my hand because she knew that how afraid I was from the whole procedure. That is her sign about empathy and how she cares! I’m 68 years old and never in my life met with a doctor like her! Not to mention that, like she and her stuff called me after that surgery to find out how am I doing! Dr. Gina Colbourne is always available and helpful, knowledgeable, funny (understand jokes), such pleasant human being! Hard worker , if all the doctors would be that organized like her especially the Canadian Healthcare system , we wouldn’t have any problem when we are sick!!! I can recommend her with all my heart to all the women on PEI!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. GINA COLBOURNE FOR YOUR CARE! GOD BLESS YOU!!!

Dr colbourne is truly the best doctor on the island! I was having a rough pregnancy and had to go to labour and delivery several times and was admitted a couple times. Dr colbourne always seemed to be on and gave me the best care. Days before my scehduled c section, I went for an appt at labour and delivery and was having some more bleeding. Sure enough dr colbourne was on and decided it was time for son to be born! I am so glad that she got to deliver him as she had been on this scary, rough and rewarding road with me. I had a rough time in recovery as well and she was with me the whole time! I cannot thank her enough and am so glad I got to meet her as she wasn't my obgyn.

I have met with Dr. Colbourne several times and each time I leave feeling calm and reassured. She has been guiding me and helping me through a difficult infertility journey and I hope that one day she will be the one to bring my children into the world. She explains each procedure in detail and is empathetic and knowledgeable. PEI is very lucky to have a doctor like her.

I have seen Dr. Colbourne several times. Each visit she sits down and talks with me about my concerns and what the visit is about before she does any examinations. She always explains what she is doing and is as gentle as possible for the situation. She is a sweetheart and I want nothing but the best for her and her career.

Dr. Colborne is not only the best gynecologist but possibly the best doctor on the island. I had never met her before my delivery but I feel so lucky that she was working that day and helped me to bring my baby into the world.

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and brought me into an exam room within minutes of arriving. I received a call before my appt to ask me if I had any questions about my appointment and reminders to confirm it. Dr.Colbourne was extremely friendly, comforting and professional. She takes the time to speak to you beforehand and see how you are doing, walk you through the appointment and explain next steps. I've had many bad experiences in the past (elsewhere) so really appreciate the care you provide. Thank you!

I saw Dr Colborne a couple of times during my pregnancy and then had her when I delivered my baby. I have never met a doctor more personable and kind than this woman. I hope to continue seeing her if I need a gynecologist and pray that I have her for my next baby.

If Dr.Colborne leaves PEI, I will travel to wherever she goes to still be her patient. So patient and kind and you feel like you can talk to her about anything without her being judgemental or not listening to your concerns. Ive seen Dr.Keddy in the past and I got the complete opposite impression from Dr.Colborne. Best doctor I've ever met.
