I have tried several times to contact his office by phone. Each time, I wait for over 15 minutes after being told by a recording that I'm next in line only to have the phone ring several times and then I get cut off. I think he is a wonderful doctor, but I need to be able to contact the office. This is extremely frustrating and very unprofessional. I wish they would remedy this issue.

I tried calling the office to confirm my husbands appointment. You can’t speak to a secretary…it’s a recording that is very annoying and frustrating. It says you are caller number so and so, your call will be answered in so many minutes….after listening to this recording for 15 minutes, the phone rings several times, it hangs up, then you get a dial tone. I tried calling 3 times, and always got the same outcome. This is very frustrating... I hope this issue will be resolved. This is very unprofessional.

Do you guys ever answer the phones. Dr trebb is amazing, his receptionist on the other hand, does not know how to pick up. I shouldn't have to go in to set up an appointment, or to get a medical note. Very unprofessional

Dr. Trebb is very good Dr. The only problem is I've been trying to call the office for three weeks now and nobody answers the phone how are you supposed to get a hold of them to make an appointment

I saw Dr Trebb today. As usual he was very thorough, and very knowledgable and very personable. I am very Lucky to have such a good doctor. My husband and some of my friends are not as lucky . Thank you Dr Trebb

Dr. Trebb is a great doctor. My only complaint is that since he has moved office it is impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone! Strange "call taking times", makes it very hard to be seen!

Bedside manner is amazing. He provides quality care, and is very thorough. I've never felt rushed. The challenge has been getting in touch with the office, getting an appointment within a week (which should be the standard of care, there seems to be an inefficiency that could be remedied by reviewing internal processes).

When my last doctor derostered me with no notice, Dr. Trebb took me on within days of an upcoming surgery. He has been my primary physician for several years now and his knowledge, compassion AND connections to specialists are the reasons I will only see him. I will literally wait until I can book an appointment before I go to a walk in clinic. Dr. Trebb has made leaps and bounds in advancing and expanding his office and I look forward to many more years of his immense expertise in the field of medicine.
