Dr. Trebb is always helpful when I see him and takes the time to answer my questions. He explains my results and makes sure I understand. He goes above and beyond to help me when I need samples due to the expenses of being a diabetic patient. Thank You for your continued care Denis Lavallee

called with problem try to get in staff called back to say go for test so now have to wait for 6 weeks for problem without even being seen google sounds pretty good at this point

Have had him 3 years met him 2 times called when sick was told 3 month to get appointment go to emergency when u do get in your only allowed 2 problems and to get prescription it takes 3 weeks if he is a good doctor I’m not sure I think he took on too much as he can’t handle ones he had

When they do actually answer the phone appointments are normally two months out. It doesn't matter how good a doctor is if you can't get to see them in a timely manner.

You can not get an appointment by phone ,I drive across town to walk in and make one , other then that Dr.Trebb is an amazing doctor... lucky to have a family doctor

I haven't been able to have my prescriptions filled properly for over a year. I don't know what they do when they receive a refill request from my pharmacy, but they may as well be thowing them in the trash for all the good it does. Things are starting to feel pretty hopeless.

Went to see Dr Trebb today. As usual he was very caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I am so lucky to have him as my primary care physician.

Dr. Trebb is such a wonderful doctor we've had him for a few years now. But now that he moved his office we have a hard time calling to get an appointment or getting results. We've tried calling for about 3 or so months now and all we get is an answering machine that tells you you're number so and so, then when you're up, the phone rings 3 times and hangs up. I even tried 3 times in a row, the same thing every time! My husband even went there 3 times and nobody was there... even though it was supposed to open according to the office hours on the door! What is going on? Did he leave all his patients high and dry or did something happen to him? We all deserve to know what's going on?

Please for the love of all things good start answering the phones! I’ve called countless times and have emailed quite a few times as well and still no answer. This is so so frustrating and unprofessional as well, Trebb is such a great doctor but his staff are ridiculous. He’s going to start losing patients over his staffs failure to thrive in the workplace. I thought when the new calling system was put into place this would get better but 2 months later they’re back to how they used to be.
