The health care system is so full of negativity and discouragement. We should be taking time to give kindness where it is warranted. Not having a family doctor has had its challenges for sure. My wife and I were invited in for a visit with Dr. Smith as per a request from the Emergency Department by the Secretary calling us for an appointment. The initial contact was from Doctor Smith's Sec, she was so kind and patient with me. Her demeanour put me at ease and right away I felt this visit was going to helpful. After meeting with Dr. Smith I felt lighter and comforted in knowing that his comprehension of my concerns were valid. This office has taken very good care of my needs and has continued to stay in touch with results. THANK you Dr. Smith. I cannot say enough of how we are so pleased with the service, compassion and understanding that has been given to myself and my wife. from this office.

Give praise and credit to the Doctor’s in our province. The very first point I have to make is how hard the medical field is trying manage right now. Covid, has had it’s own challenges but I want to extend my families sincere appreciation to Dr. Smith for his expert care. Not only was his demeanour amazingly “ down to earth” he provided medical attention to get my husband on track and heal to better health, explanations that he took time explaining. We did not feel rushed at all. His admin, Lorie has been gracious with her time, went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard. It’s a comfort that we don’t often get on the other side and we want to extend our thanks to this incredible office.

Recently, I found it necessary to go to the ER by ambulance in the early morning hours. and was admitted to CCU. I have not had a family doctor for more than two years. While in the ER Dr. Smith attended to me and was very thorough in assessing my medical history and the current issues I am dealing with. I sincerely appreciated his desire to make sure those issues were addressed while I was in the hospital. Dr. Smith was very patient and kind and most of all helpful.

Very thorough...gave me all the info that I needed. I felt that he knew exactly what I needed and was very quick at providing it.

I met with him yesterday, clear and confident information and I left feeling 100 percent better and aware of my condition.

I cannot express the knowledge and compassion Dr. Smith has. He has taken the time to explain to me and I did not feel at all rushed when asking my questions. The office staff are very friendly and I felt completely welcomed and calm before even going in to see the doctor.

This office has been exceptionally helpful! Doctor Smith was incredibly punctual, kind and took time with me. After the visit I had to contact the office, Doc Smith’s secretary Laurie was very helpful, efficient and compassionate. I told her after speaking with her yesterday but I felt important to give praise when it’s warranted.

First visit today. Very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is very informative on what to look for.
