Do NOT go to this office! Wait times r horrible, office staff is rude & ignore u & make u feel like ur bothering them. I can't rate the dr cuz I only saw him for 1 minute-dealt with a nurse practitioner all other times. TONS of unnecessary testing & NP told me my insurance would cover all testing & I ended up getting stuck with a $365 bill for nerve testing that wasn't covered. Asked office manager RaeAnn Perry to work with me on the cost & she wouldn't. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!!

If you want to wait a month for a phone call to be returned, or hours in the waiting room, or weeks for a prescription to be called in, this is your doctor's office. I can't believe they're still in business.

You can never contact this office and get a prompt reply to messages. Days go bye without a return call. Also, Dr. likes to run numerous test that almost always are money driven. Avoud

Terrible practice. Staff denies that I had an appointment when I arrived on the day. np's will only see you after your first visit. I imagine excessive testing carried out for profits sake, Staff is particularly abrasive and arrogant. Stay away, find an alternative practice.

I've been going to Dr. Lalani's office for a little over a year, and have been seeing Nash McGinnis. I was very happy with Nash's return calls and communication as well as bed side manner. Last week I learned she had left the practice. This past weekend I realized I needed new scripts called in for refill. Seeing that I was leaving in 72 to go out of the country I left a message on the office phone asking to call me first thing Monday so we could get the refills called in. As of Tuesday morning no call. 8 am Tuesday morning left another message on the prescription voicemail. As of 11, no call. Called the front desk and explained the urgency - they said they sent a message to the back explaining the urgency. At 2 pm still no prescriptions called in. Had to call the front desk 5 times before I reached the same person I spoke with this morning. Her response when I explained I still didn't have any prescriptions was that everyone was VERY busy there. I explained we were not getting in emergency mode, and that if I didn't get someone to call in my prescriptions this afternoon - how could I leave the country for 9 days without very much needed medication and that I had been trying for over 48 hours to get a response from them. I had to threaten to come stand in the lobby until I received a prescription, before she put me on hold - obviously went to the back and got someone to call my pharmacy. My pharmacy also informed me when I called to check that they REALLY called them in, that they had tried TWICE LAST WEEK to fax over prescription refill requests with NO RESPONSE!! If the staff is that busy that they can not call in prescription refills in a 48 hour time period, maybe they don't need to be accepting new patients!!! Changing Doctors now!

Not worth the waiting time to see this doctor. 99% of the time ended up seeing the nurse practitioner which was not very helpful. Would wait half of the day to see the doctor or get any specialty treatment like an ultrasound.

Horrible wait time; horrible follow-up; horrible communication; stress involved trying to stay healthy w/this doc, staff, office is counter-productive to good health. Stay away
