Dr. Cook is an outstanding surgeon who has the ability to create a natural look while getting rid of imperfections. I had my eyes done as well as a "Quick Lift". Everyone thinks I have a new hair style. Could not be happier with the results.

Great doctor....probably the best at what he does. His staff is caring and extremely talented and patient oriented.

dr cook was nice enough , sug. took way to long was brused bady for weeks ,no nurse ck on u as was said they woud do. have large scares on both sides of hair line. called about draining behind ears . nurse was not helpful, couldnt get an answer of what to do, she would not come out and tell me what I needed to do. and was this normal, lived out of state, and sides of face is still tender 3 yrs later. would not ever use him again. still have the same saging on face as befor the surg. when the sweling went down.

I saw Dr. Cook for a consult regarding my eyelids. He recommended eyelid surgery. He was very knowledgable and compassionate. The surgery was a breeze and I am extrememly pleased with m y results.

If you have any complaints about your care under this doctor, please contact the NC medical board online to make a complaint. This would be most effective. I had an unacceptable experience with him including not enough anesthesia, and poor patient care.
