Stay away just they give you a run around book appointments then cancel? Never been treated so terrible & used!

Back in high school I was visiting Monica Dale for dental work as my other dentist had moved his office out of town. Monica had sent me in for x-rays and then determined that I had MANY cavities and required MANY fillings (none of which my previous dentist had ever mentioned). As a high school student trusting a medical professional with the health of my teeth... Monica proceeding in placing 6 fillings in my mouth (4 silver and 2 white). The fillings in my back bottom and upper molars were so deep and so intense I required more numbing then I’d ever been given! I vividly recall her saying, “Wow, you still feel that!”. Flash forward 8-10 years and I have been living with chronic tooth aches. I have since made the move back to my previous dentist, even though his office is out of town. After the fact, he mentioned to my mother that none of this was needing, if it was, he would have informed us. Now, being a 23 year old adult, my farthest molar on my left side has cracked due to the lack of “tooth” remaining as the filling was SO HUGE. My current dentist is now doing major reparative work to ensure that I can chew, talk, live with lesser mouth pain. Monica Dale (I refuse to call her a doctor) has taken away my teeth and replaced them with fillings. She has taken away my ability to chew, drink and enjoy cold beverages, sleep without relying on pain killers... she should not be trusted with your dental needs. I highly, highly urge you to seek dental care elsewhere.

I am so disappointed I took my children to Monica years ago as our dentist moved to Bowmanville she did extensive work on my daughters teeth. Both girls have had nothing but issues with their teeth cents and now need correct of work done. I would not recommend this dentist.

Dr Dale and her assistant, Tammy, are awesome. They will always squeeze you in for an emergency. They do excellent work and treat you like family. The whole office is friendly and exceptional. I do not know if they are taking new patients but if they are, I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Dr. Dale for 30 years, I enjoy my visits to the dentist. Dr. Dale is always upbeat and has a great sense of humor. The main reason I have never switched from her clinic, even after I moved to another city, is because she is trustworthy and never pressures you to have things done that are not necessary. I know she is taking the best care of me and my family. The hygienist and front desk staff are also friendly and efficient.

Dr. Dale and Dr. Mcneil are excellent as well as the hygienist. The reception are terrible with helping you with rescheduling. Not coming back anymore

Incredible! As a first time patient, I was extremely pleased with my visit. The staff was friendly, and extremely accommodating. Dr. Dale was friendly, and very knowledgeable. Definitely my new permanent dentist!

Love Dr. Dale and all the hygienists. But the women at the reception are awful and ignorant.

I have been seeing Dr. Dale for over 17 years and have always found her to be a wonderful dentist. I have a lot of anxiety regarding dentistry and she is always patient, kind and gentle. Her team is outstanding! They take great care of their patients and are always punctual and polite.
