I am not usually a review person, but I am so excited to share my experience with Dr. Messa. Surgery felt so overwhelming -until I met him. His calm, reassuring presence made my nerves disappear completely. 
My procedure was on November 24, 2025. I arrived at 6 AM, was in surgery by 8 (as I remember ) and was getting back home at 10. The entire team was exceptional, and my anesthesiologist woman was wonderful. Recovery took only two weeks (I mean the hardest time to use my hands, shower and stand up from bed) my every follow-up visit was seamless, and the pricing was more than fair for this level of expertise.

I came in simply saying "I want something natural" and that's exactly what he delivered. My friends who were afraid of obvious results keep asking how it's possible to look this good. Perfect size, minimal scarring, completely natural. I recommend Dr. Messa to everyone, and they can literally see his work on me.

I love this doctor, this center, and every single person who works there. Professional, warm, and always welcoming.

I did my research and knew I was opting for one of, if not the best known, cosmetic surgeons around. I knew he was talented, had a wonderful reputation, was sought after and had a long wait time, all good things in my experience. What surprised me was that every interaction with every person in his office was so pleasant, professional and warm. Dr. Messa not only has talent and reputation as a great surgeon and doctor, he's got an office staff that reflects his personality, professionalism and patient care. I was surprised and comforted when I visited my primary physician and shared that I was having a procedure with Dr Messa, hearing from the nurse there that "he's the best" . My entire experience, from the first phone call to the office, was professional, thorough and friendly. The years of experience working with patients for elective surgery shows in a warmth and personal style that is rare in medicine these days. A HUGE shoutout to Dr. Charles Messa!! I cannot imagine being more pleased with my surgery results. Details: 61 year old female, 5’3”, 136 lbs. Breast implant removal (sub-pectoral), breast lift (mastopexy) and arm lift (brachioplasty). The day after my surgery I was anxious to look in the mirror when I went for my post-operative visit. However, when I did, I was ecstatic about what I saw in the mirror. My incisions are remarkable. I bruise and scar very easily and I was willing to live with bad scars on my arms, as opposed to disproportionately fat upper arms. Immediately I could tell that Dr. Messa was a miracle worker and my incisions were ideal. I am extremely pleased with all my results. I waited nearly six months to get the consultation appointment. But Dr. Messa was worth the wait. Additionally, I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Dr. Messa’s staff. Every member of the staff is very pleasant and attentive.

I first met Dr.Messa 16 years ago, he performed tummy tuck and placed my implants at that time. I could not have been happier with the results. To this day people close to me couldn't believe I had breast implants or anything done. Scars are not visible at all. I never had any issues with implants whatsoever, but after 16 years I decided it was time for a breast lift and explant. Of course I was willing to wait as long as it took to get an appointment because I would only trust Dr.Messa. My surgery was done in June this year I had my almost 4 month post op today. And all I can say is THANK YOU to Dr.Messa and his amazing group of people that he is surrounded with. It is not easy finding the right words to describe the patience, empathy, professionalism, skill and care they all put in every single day. I happen to work in health field myself and I know first hand what it takes to see patients all day long and give each person time and care that they need.
