I'm sure Dr. Filler is very knowledgeable in a number of areas, but do NOT go see him for pudendal neuralgia, despite what it says on his website. What I've learned from 3 years of suffering from PN is that you need to start with understanding what is going on in the pelvis and the pelvic floor. I saw Dr. Filler after about 6 months of experiencing pain symptoms because I foolishly thought that you need to see a neurologist for nerve-related pain. I've subsequently learned that you need to consult with a gynaecologist or urologist because they know the most about the pelvis. During my first consult, Dr. Filler insisted that my pain must be coming from the impar ganglia nerve cluster because my symptoms were bilateral. I eventually underwent surgery to repair a misaligned coccyx which I'd broken years before but after more than a year and $200,000 it was clear that wasn't the problem. I ultimately got to the bottom of my pudendal neuralgia after consulting with Dr. Michael Hibner at the Arizona Center for Chronic Pelvic Pain and then receiving a cryoablation procedure from Dr. David Prologo at Emory. Dr. Filler is arrogant and very closed minded. He'll keep you waiting for hours for in-office appointments (it didn't seem to dawn on him that making someone who is suffering from pudendal neuralgia sit in the waiting room for 3 hours might cause them extreme pain) and constantly misses telephone appointments because he clearly only values his own time, not his patients'. The worst part about dealing with him though is his office staff. To call them incompetent doesn't even begin to describe how bad they are at their jobs and they seem to have adopted Dr. Filler's arrogance. They answer your emails and phone calls very promptly while you're in the consult stage, but once you've paid for a procedure they simply will not call you back. Again, if you have pudendal neuralgia DO NOT SEE DR. AARON FILLER.

Staff will ask you what you have in your bank account and be sure that is what you will pay for your procedure. They double dip by billing insurance and taking that check too. On the way out a tech smirked weirdly at me like he knew we just got played for all we were worth. They take advantage of people that are desperate for help. There should be an investigation of this entire place. Run from them.

Run from this doctor!! Cash machine is all they are!! If I you have nerve issues especially pelvic disorder the best in world is Dr Michael Hibner in Scottsdale, AZ. Helped me tremendously and is a “real” surgeon who cares about his patients, accepts all insurance and is greatly admired by his staff and everyone I’ve talked to. Best of luck
