I could't even begin to explain what a wonderful doctor he is. Just like the others have said, he listens and explains things to you. He makes you feel worthy of his time. I emailed him after having doctors that didn't believe my pain or had no knowledge at all about my syringomyelia, and he saw me within 3 weeks. After being very depressed, he made me feel so much better. I don't think I've ever had a doctor that truly cares about his patients. I hope he never retires.
Words can not express how much I love this man, he is my Angle, and the reason I am able to smile today. He is the best neurosurgeon in Canada and from what I have heard one of the best in the world. I am very blessed to have had him as my surgeon. I had a number of complications and he was going on summer vacation to his cottege, but he kept in contact with me every few days to make sure I was ok, call in new perscriptions and drove back to the city twice to see me. I don't know another doctor who would do this! It is a shame he is no longer doing surgury but no matter what his role in your care he will ensure you are in good hands. Plus his secretary Maria is the best, she deserves a gold star!
Dr. Tator is extremely knowledgeable about my very rare condition, syringomyelia. He is very efficient, very friendly and informative.
I see Dr Tator for syringomyelia. He is very thorough, kind, intelligent, patient and everything else a good Dr could be. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did not rush me. He was the first Dr out of 10 others that finally told me my small syrinx is causing the pain I have been suffering with for four years. Wonderful man all around.
Dr. Tator is the best of the best. His caring attitude has left a mark forever.
I saw Dr. Charles Tator for neck and arm pain. He was very thorough in his diagnosis, he had taken 2 Mri's of my neck and head. He explained my condition accurately. I found Dr. Tator's bedside manner and approach very professional, and may I add one of the most approachable, caring professional neurosurgeons and or doctors I had the privilege to meet. Our city in toronto should have more doctors of this caliber like Dr. Tator. Without his knowledge, expertise and guidance of my situation. I don't think my outcome would have been so positive.
Lovely man. Patient and kind. I'm honoured to have been operated on by him.
The best Neurosurgeon in the country. He is not doing surgery anymore but does still consult with patients. He saved my life and countless others. He is the sweetest and kindest man I have ever met.
Lets put it this way, I don't call him "the good doctor" for nothing. This man gave me back quality of life and I thank god for him every day. I can see him anytime on an as needed basis and he always has the time for me. I have never been rushed out of his office. He knows his stuff!
Best doctor I've ever seen. He's intelligent, understanding and compassionate. Knows everything to the ninth degree
