Dr Armanious has been retired for several years. He had a long & distinguished career in England & Canada, continuing to practice well into his 80's. In his last few years of practice, he was instrumental in designing parts of the "Tower" addition to Vernon Jubilee Hospital. In recognition of his contributions to his community & his profession, he was awarded the Order of British Columbia in 2013.

Dr. A is absolutely going out of his mind. He has made promises to schedule appointments on repeated occasions and always "forgets" or just doesn't get to it, and then he leaves the city for months on end, not caring at all about the person dying or suffering on the other end. Dr A ,ay have been an excellent physician at one time, but now is his time to retire.

Dr A is truly the 'Dr House' of Vernon. I finally got a diagnosis and proper treatment from him after a year of other docs and far too many medications. He is a gem! He has the drive to find answers that, unfortunately, some doctors lose or simply never had. Very conscientious and personable. We need more doctors like him!

Wish more doctors were like him. Dr A is extremely compassionate, caring and one of the best doctors I have ever met. What a kind true gentleman he is.Vernon Hospital is extremely lucky to have this man still in practise!!! He corrected mistakes that other doctors had made.

Dr. Armanious is the most dedicated and knowledgeable physician I have ever known. I have seen him accurately diagnose family members and friends. If it weren't for him, people I know would have died from other doctor's incorrect diagnoses.
