Saved my husbands life - he was admitted in the midst of a massive heart attack - within 20 minutes he was in having angiplasty = hard to pin down but he is a busy doctor saving lives - someone had to wait when he attended to my husband - Thanks is not enough - God Bless

He saved my life and very quickly too ,I was in and out so fast ,when he came into visit (post surgery visit)I really didn't know what to say I only knew/know that I am here to continue to celebrate life because he did this for me .13 hours of pain was taken away in minutes ...what a releif! It's unfortunate there was damage due to the 13 hours of waiting for that help and the medications are causing unbelievable discomfort and problems but I certainly appreciate him for the angioplasty to resolve my initial MI heart condition.

Very knowledgeable & amazing cardiologist who saved my husband's life in 2006 by performing emergency stent procedure and we are so grateful. However there appears to be a lack of followup care. Because of the severe heart attack suffered by my husband he has complications resulting from heart damage. On release from the hospital in April 2006 he had a followup appointment after six weeks, then another one in a year, which was to be this April. His office rescheduled it to May 25, then changed it to May 15 and yet again changed it now to July 12. His medications may be causing side effects or else it is the damage to his heart that causes him problems; and it's frustrating that a whole year must go by before he can see Dr. Mikhail. His office has refused to give him an appointment before his yearly followup and said if there is a problem, see your family doctor or go to emergency! We realize he is very busy but would be nice if appointments could be scheduled at least every 6 months.

He took care of my Dad in 2006. He's absolutely an amazing Doctor. He cares about people, he went out of his way in the hospital to talk to us after my Dad was not even his patient any more. He saved my Dad's life and I hope he never leaves Saskatchewan!

Very thorough, personable, and approachable. He's worth the wait.

Very nice and appeared knowledgable. I had to wait 6 hours to see him (appt. at 10:30AM, finally saw him at 4:30PM). Saw him for 10 minutes... I'm sure he was busy, but why not take the 10 minutes some time during that 6 hours or even just give some information that he will be later in the day. Two other patients finally got fed up waiting and just left without seeing him.

one of the best in his field. stays all hours to check on his patients and does not allow hospital to release them until he is satisfied. Does not hide anything and informs family of everything.

In my opinion he is one of the best in his field . That along with his professional mannerism, should make us in Sask . proud he has chosen us to practise his trade !

Dr. Mikhail was one of the team who performed open heart surgery and did 7 bypasses last Dec. 30/06. He is a very knowledgeable, caring and professional person who takes a personal interest in his patients. I highly recommend his services.
