Went in for a little procedure in July to remove a ganglion cyst on my wrist and was very impressed with Dr. Soenen professionalism. Great guy!, Had a pleasant experience with staff.

Dr. Soenen did a laparoscopic appendectomy on me and was very pleasant. All steps were explained in good detail in a very professional manner. Just before the surgery we spoke and in the OR we reviewed the procedure again. His OR room staff are also very professional, friendly and helpful. My pre discharge conversation was very helpful and informative. I am very thankful for being able to have him as my surgeon and highly recommend him.

I had cyst removed from my neck it was qwick n painfree. Healed up nicely. Also had double scope done. Went well. And had no ill affects from anethesia sp. So all good. Would recommend any day.

Dr. Soenen’s receptionist was very helpful, prompted my Family doc to send the required referral. She set up my screening visit and answered all my questions. Very friendly and very helpful, thank you!

Dr. Soenen and his assistant removed some cysts for me. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my visit. I was in and out in about half an hour. I arrived on time and barely had to wait, didn't even have a chance to do any of the reading I brought. Dr. Soenen couldn't have been nicer and kinder and an exceptional and caring bedside manner. His assistant was also very nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Soenen and would go back to him anytime I needed such medical care.

Found his receptionist a little stand offish. But he was wonderful to deal with.

I dealt with Dr Soenens office and all I can say is get a new receptionist! She is rude, hello I dealt with an emergency surgery and needed a lot of time off which my work required documentation filled out. Don’t be so rude !!!!!

Wonderful Doctor to deal with, helpful and compassionate. Can’t thank him enough for the care he provided! Receptionist is fairly rude and should not be greeting or booking his patients. Have tried a few times to book appointment for some issues I am experiencing and she told me that issues don’t happen this far after surgery and to get a referral.
