Staff very friendly and helpful, Dr. Long listens to my concerns and makes good suggestions. I have not experienced long waits to see the doctor .

Dr Long's staff need to be more professional and dependable ,when dealing with patient's lab results,pap test results,colon screening results. Call and speak to the patient .If you cannot get a hold of the patient Send a letter informing the patient of the results. Either normal or not normal,negative or positive. When you have cancer,a phone call does't cut it. The Doctor's office should send you a written letter in the mail. This may have costs me my life. Regards,

Dr. Long is the worst doctor in Vernon, if not BC. Stay clear of him if you want to stay healthy. Three of my family members have died because of his incompetence.

Great doctor, takes the time to explain what is going on, and does not just write a prescription to get you going.

He has been my doctor for years and is good and knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to and he takes time to listen.

If the one star ratings don't say enough, this guy is Incredibly unprofessional He has absolutely no bed side manner. I only hope that the college of physicians and surgeons retires this FOSSIL! He really has a way of making patients feel VERY unvalued and he is horribly condescending.

Dr. Long delivered me, and has been my doctor since day one. Now having a family of my own he is our family doctor. I have always appreciated Dr. Long, he is a great doctor

I have noticed in reading the reviews on Dr Long that some of my observations and concerns are redundant themes in his practice. This man is grandeous in nature which creates an imbalance in the relationship between Dr and patient. When someone is suffering and you don't know what to do ... be a solid medical professional and pass them off to someone who can! Shame on You!

Dr. Long tends to make you feel worthless and stupid. He seems to be good for me but when it comes to women and their problems he gives the impression that you wasting his time. He doesn't do physicals, doesn't do mammograms until your older than 50 and has no patience for difficult children. Instead of getting mad at them and storming away maybe he should try talking to them so that they feel comfortable with him. Take the extra few minutes. If you don't have time to talk than don't overbook your patients. Each person should matter.

Left me feeling hopeless and as if I've wasted his time when really he just wasted mine. Wouldn't recommend anyone who's actually sick and needs help from a doctor as he doesn't have the patience to help the sick and would rather argue and raise his voice.
