I came in for an infected ear piercing and he told me that "God didn't mean for us to put holes in our ears". A bit unprofessional to shame a patient and bring in personal beliefs into a practice. He did not take the time to prescribe a new antibiotic, although knowing the current one I had was ineffective. He told me to take the piercing out and wished me goodluck and left.

I have had a very good experience with this doctor. He listens and puts in every effort to know what was happening with me. I do not have a family doctor and he asked for the results of some tests. He offered to follow up with me about this concern I had for months, is very understanding and caring. After his consultation, I had a sense of being heard and genuinely cared for.

Very caring and kind doctor who takes the time to listen. Retired, but still working hard to see walk in patients in need during the pandemic. I have had good experiences with this doctor.

Dr. Valliant is the kindest doctor I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I see him at a walk-in clinic for a few health issues, he is the only doctor that has ever taken the time to truly listen. He has a calming presence and makes you feel like you matter, he listens and puts every effort into effective treatment even in a walk-in setting.

Very bad experience with this Dr over the phone. My son, an 18-year old person with severe anxieties and hypochondriac tendencies, spoke with him regarding some health concerns, and mentioned beforehand about his anxieties. This doctor still decided to tell my son that there is a possibility of the condition being a cancer lymphoma... OVER THE PHONE, without even seeing the patient. He was also rushing the conversation, being very cold and unsympathetic. Just unbelievable!

Dr Valliant is kind and compassionate, with lovely interpersonal skills. His approach to healing and wellness is gentle and warm, focusing on rest and convalescence. I left his office with a sense of being heard and genuinely cared for.

I WENT TO THIS DR. FOR A FEW YEARS BUT FOUND THAT HE WAS NOT AS EFFICICIENT AS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED HIM TO BE. HE SEEMS TO BE A POLITE AND COURTEOUS GENTLEMAN BUT MANY TIMES I FELT THAT HE WAS IN A RUSH. "I'LL HAVE YOU COME THIS WAY" WAS HIS FAVOURITE EXIT LINE EVEN BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT WAS REALLY OVER....ANYWAY,I DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE MY VISITS TO THIS OFFICE AND SOUGHT ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL WHO WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO REALLY ADDRESS MY NEEDS.

Dr. Valliant is the BEST of the BEST. He's very helpful with any questions and advise. He's knowledge of everything is unreal, and he always gets to the bottom of any problem or concern. Thanks Lew for being the best!!!!!!!

Best doctor in Kingston! I rarely have to wait in the waiting room to be seen. If I do, it's less than 5 minutes. A sign that he doesn't overbook. I'm not rushed though my appointment and he is very informative and knowledgeable. He is very thorough. If I have an emergency that doesn't require hospitalization I can call and get in to see him that same day. Not many doctors that will do that! Best doctor in Kingston!!!
