I was worried about pain control, and the anesthesia doctor at the surgery center he used was attentive and I was very comfortable after surgery. The center was beautiful with great staff !

I had breast augmentation with doctor Lomonaco about 20 years ago. Wish I could post a picture because even after 20 years they looked AMAZING. Unfortunately due to a car accident (and probably age of implant. They are not meant to last 20 plus years. ) one implant ruptured. Dr Lomonaco highly encouraged me to have implant removed ASAP. I ignored the advice of this brilliant man and waited 2 years at which point it was infected and painful. Dr.Lomonaco saw me immediately and his fantastic staff arranged surgery a few days later. Some words about his staff…. I am an ICU nurse and therefore have some exacting standards. They blow them out of them out of the water. Can not praise them enough. Surgery went well and just as Dr Lomonaco told me I felt better immediately. Please do your body a favor and consult with Dr Lomonaco. He may not be in “your area” (I drove over an hour to see him) and he may not be the least expensive but your body will thank you and is worth the drive and the extra expenses. Trust me. There are decent plastic surgeons, good plastic surgeons, and then there is Dr Lomomaco. Why settle for an okay or acceptable surgery when you can have the best team providing five star service
