HORRIBLE BILLING POLICY!! They waited until I got to my appointment and THEN at sign in told me I had to pay in full right then. They would not wait for my insurance to pay them. EVERY OTHER DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO TAKES MY COPAY ONLY. This is ridiculous. NOW they say they are keeping ALL OF MY MONEY for 6 months even though I have the paid claim form showing they have already received the money from my insurance company. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and a TOTAL RIP-OFF!! Find another ENT that can afford to take your insurance copay from you and wait for their money!!!! I guess they are so hard up that they have to draw interest on my money for 6 months to squeak by. Wow.
