After 2 different doctors misrepresented not only what they were going to do to me, but also what their skill sets, education, and professional set-ups were, my body was left absolutely destroyed. Because of these 2 doctors, I lost my entire life savings. My face, neck and torso were absolutely ruined. Dr. Oscar Ramirez not only repaired all the very extensive damage done, he actually donated his professional time to do additional work in order to make what was wrong right… even though it was not his responsibility. I finally ended up looking not only “normal” again, but better than ever… just what I wanted in the first place. Extremely Pleased...I had 2 surgeries with Dr. Ramirez in 2010. The first: a brow lift and a mid face lift. The second: a lower face lift, a deep neck lift, the mandibular matrix system (chin and jaw implants)and fat transfer to the face....both of my experiences were extremely positive. I have worked/taught in the beauty field for many years and tend to notice more detail than the average person. Dr. Ramirez did an outstanding job of balancing my facial features and my results have been very natural..He also was able to correct a drooping lip from a previous surgery over 20 years ago..(the original surgeon could not explain what had happened and said it couldn't be fixed). I went into this with realistic expectations and Dr. Ramirez far surpassed what I had hoped for. I have much admiration for him and what he has done for me. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and a very kind humble man. I would not hesitate to refer my family and friends to him and I am very grateful.

I had a midface lift, mandibular implants, and cheek implants with Dr. Ramirez last year. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude for this doctor. He gave me back my face after having been deformed by another doctor.In addition, he made me look younger and better. His bedside manners and overall knowledge were world-class I highly recommend him.

I used him for chin implant surgery that I was very unhappy with. His main problem, in my opinion, is he really doesn't have and aesthetic eye. His implants are freakishly large yet he doesn't seem to realize this. He also is very hard to communicate with..his english isn't great, and his prices are outrageous. Beware...just because a doctor has designed his own line of implants doesn't mean those implants or that doctor are any good. He also charged me another 5k to remove the implant and then I suffered complications from the removal. Nightmare overall.

After I had a bad lip lift I had a lip lift with doctor Ramirez. My first lip lift wasn't good. My lip was crooked because of scarring now that looks better. What I don't like is that my nose now looks nosejobby. You can look straight up into my nose. The holes are too big. He wanted to do a nosejob to make it look better but I didn't want to. My nose looked good before.

I had mandible implants, necklift and midfacelift with Ramirez in 2008. No significant complications but my results are nothing like I expected. I consulted Terino and Ramirez and the latter came across as quite easy going. Few mons after surgery I knew my mandible implants were misaligned and too square. The sides of my jaw bulge out. Ramirez said swelling was still substantial. Two years later nothing has changed. The midfacelift didn’t make any difference although the recovery time was long. My midface was still puffy 5 months after surgery. I am not impressed by this surgeon. The man is not meticulous or detail oriented as you would expect. The costs are at the top end of the range. No complaints whatsoever about his staff. They were extra-helpful and very accommodative.

I can not sincerely recommend this surgeon. He performed implant work on me that I have since removed. He added very large implants on my small face. They were lopsided on one side. I had them removed by another doctor, as Ramirez wanted big dollars to remove his lousy work. This after he promised me pre-surgery that should anything be revised, he would do so pro-bono.He also was extremely unhelpful during this period. For the some 35k that I paid, I should have gotten better service. stay away from this doctor. He's disingenious and money-hungry.

I had a midface lift, lower blephoplasty, nose cinching and alar scar revision with Dr. Oscar Ramirez. I was a pretty attractive women before his disastrous surgery. The portion of the surgery that was performed on my nose has left me disfigured. My nose is 3 times as wide and my nostril is attached to my cheek. Went to Doctor Ramirez for breast augmentation 10 years ago. After 10 years, something happened to one of the implants and it needed to be replaced. Ramirez offered no substantial discount to remedy the work that he had done years previously. He went in to remedy the first surgery with a second in the summer of 2006. The result was less than good. He failed to create enough room in the capsule, as a result the implant buckled causing severe pain requiring an additional surgery. In addition, the size that he had promised was not what he put in place. A large "C" or "D" was requested but after the bandages were removed it was a "B". Another surgury was scheduled to fix the problems with the buckling and increase the size to that which was requested. The result of this surgery was much like that of the first. The new implants had a buckle in the other breast creating severe discomfort. In addition, the new implants were sitting very high on the chest and looked unnatural.
