Dr. Clous was wonderful and did a very thorough diabetic foot exam on me. She was very pleasant and I never felt rushed. I really highly recommend Dr. Clous. I actually met Dr. Clous at the practice she previously worked at years ago and only saw her once, but was so impressed, I left that practice and followed her.

I have been seeing Dr Clous for a number of years and highly recommend her. Both Dr Clous and her staff conduct themselves in a very professional manor and answer every question and explain every procedure.

Dr Clous performed bunion surgery on my foot. Unfortunately, the surgery was not successful & I am having to have another surgery to correct the issues from the first surgery. The healing process did not go well with just having pins inserted. I now have a much worse problem than when I first began prior to the surgery. The bone (big toe) that was operated on was not properly aligned & it has now caused all of my other toe bones to sway severely to the right. In addition to the surgery not being successful, I was asked to come in for multiple follow-up visits much past the initially stated healing time. Each time I was required to pay up front before even being allowed to see Dr Clous. A year later, I found out that she had reported an alleged amount of $35 to collections which was also placed on my credit report. Obviously this was a billing error since patients pay for their visits prior to seeing Dr. Clous. So now I'm left with no option but to have surgery and a mark on my credit.

Dr. Clous was very efficient, gentle and very good about explaining the procedure she was performing. She also suggested over the counter cream for my callous to keep it in check.

After dealing with a painful condition for a couple of months because I was afraid of what it might take to fix it, Dr. Clous immediately put me at ease and took care of the problem. Not only that but she also examined my feet for any other issues explaining everything in the process. When I left, I wondered why I waited so long. The office staff is just as kind and professional as Dr. Clous is. They even worked me in to get me seen sooner than later. The office is bright, clean and easy to access. There is plenty of parking. I highly recommend Dr. Clous.

I was really impressed with Dr. Clous and her staff. they were accommodating, friendly and efficient. Dr. Clous was professional addressing my toes concerns. I felt better and assured when I lefted.

She must be good, as my toe wound was nearly pain free and the next day it was looking better than I expected. JWS
