Been going to Dr Bill since he started his practice. Cannot have a better doctor. Caring, patient and knowledgeable. Never rushes you and listens attentively. So thankful to have him as my family doctor. Truly a wonderful man

Dr Bill is by far one of my most favourite people on this planet! He has been my Dr for my whole 22 years of life. He listens, he cares, and he makes you really feel understood. he takes time and care with your appointment to make sure you feel okay and that you understand everything. I actually enjoy going in to see him because i know i will leave with a smile on my face. Barb is also fantastic, she is always so kind and caring and respectful. she is so unbelievably knowledgeable and you can really tell how much she loves her job. These 2 have always made me feel welcome, and have treated me like family. You never have to worry about judgment, rude comments or being uncomfortable in this office. I know one day they will retire and it will absolutely break my heart! but to know i was always cared for and treated with the upmost respect will be something i will always cherish! truly the best doctor and the best nurse you will ever meet.

Is the best doctor i have ever felt with , honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. As for Barb always been respectful and helpful. Keep up the great work

I met Dr.Bill Pignanelli when I was in my 20's he has been my Physician since I am now 54 yrs old he has always taken his time to help me when I was not well and he always went out of his way to meet all my needs to help get me feeling better. He truly cares about his Patients and I wouldn't trade him for another Doctor. Barb is his Assistant and Secretary and she makes sure everyone is signed in as she welcomes everyone with a smile,and she makes sure all Patients see Dr.Bill in a timely manner as she prepares each office the Patient sits in as she gathers each information to give Dr Bill all in all they make a wonderful Team and I am treated as if I am Family. I am Blessed to have him as my Physician and both Dr Bill and Barb deserve recognition for Works Of Excellence and Hospitality.

Called his office to get an appointment. Over the phone an Indian accent girl with superb kind,supportive girl gave me a quick appointment. But barb didn't get me in! Instead of that Barb was backbiting with other office lady with gray hair about that Indian girl who gave me a quick appointment for my urgency? Dr. Bill should know this. It's very injustice for dr. Bill's patients and that girl too! Barb should stay away from that office if dr. Bill care about his patients.

Dr. Pignanelli has always cared for me and my family. He has always been nice and polite and provides good care to me when I have been sick. While Barb is a bit interesting, she is also a good caretaker. Just please be respectful to your Doctor and Nurse at all times...it pays off.

Cannot believe the harshness from his nurse Barb nor from dr. After not seeing him in person for months only phone because of Covid to which phone calls were cut very short and I mean short to trying to get an appointment through his nurse Barb just very unprofessional to say the least. Time to find a new dr.

A kind and knowledgeable physician. Had him for 15 years, will not change until he retires.

Bill is a good Dr., but his judgement is in question with his nurse, Barb. He is a loyal man, or I suspect she would be gone a long time ago, in favour of someone a little less abrasive.
