No bedside manners and very dismissive ,thank God there is other choices as he was just the guy on duty ( midnight shift brampton civic ) .I feel sorry for people in dire need or older folks that perhaps this is the last doctor they'll see .

Dr. Rajat Kumar is unprofessional, rude, and condescending towards patients and their families. He made mistakes in patient treatment, but when his mistakes were brought up he was confrontational and dismissive, rather than fixing his errors. Instead of supporting patients, he acts arrogant and above everyone else. Dr Rajat Kumar is not clear with nurses on staff regarding his instructions for patients, leading to confusion and lack of proper care for the patients. This not only looks bad on him, but as well on the program and the hospital. After seeing the way he interacts with people, I am truly surprised how this hospital continues to let him practice.

Most unprofessional person I have ever seen. Would not tell me his name, blamed me for not haveing all blood work done. When the appt was made too early and blood work he was asking for was not due yet. Told me he was done with me before telling me anything. He was combative right from the start even when being late for my appt. I did not get an appt with this person and I feel he should not!!!!!! Be paid for this appt. He is awfull . And has no bed side maner to say of just an attitude case. I pray I never have to see this person again. Feel sorry for the next person that gets this unprofression individual. It is a shame because I had a plethora of questions and concerns .... now I have to wait till may 30 to find out. This person it the minimum should be shadowed so they can see his level of professionalism because this episode was the farthest thing from that I have ever encountered in my 55 years . As I am struggling with mentle health for the same type of reason. This has set me back in my progress of of development by adding a great deal of added anxiety because of the things he said. One of wich I am very glad I didn't hear. I would love a follow up conversation with anyone from your establishment. To address any questions or concerns you may have. This Doctor has no manors and is very rude to family when they want information about a family member in Brampton Civic Hospital. Know one should be spoken to the way he speaks to others. Rude rude rude.

Dr. Kumar was very patient and diligent in seeing my mother during her stay at RVH, Barrie. He kept us informed of her progress and test results. Many thanks to Dr. Kumar and staff at RVH, you all are the best. My mother is doing well and almost back to her baseline now.

He took care of my mother at Brampton Civic Hospital and we are very thankful for the care we received under his care. Hope Brampton doctors are more like him.

I have been seeing Dr. Kumar for last 5 years and has always been impressed by his wealth of knowledge and simplicity. He is direct and explain things in a simple manner. He has very good bedside manners. Thank you for all your help.
