Love this doctor so much best one in town!! The staff are great and very helpful. Love the positive attitude everyone has.

Being a private duty pediactric nurse, I’ve come across my fair share of condescending drs, Mimbela ranks high on that list... did not want to give me or family list of medication changes, or info about pt condition. When I tried to get the info from him, he rolled his eyes n walked out of rm... I didn’t even bother asking him to sign off on any of my PPW... I fortunately I didn’t have to sit in lobby for hrs. Since we were transported by ambulance our wait was only for about an hr

First of all staff is very unprofessional..this office is very unorganized cancel appointments due to doctor never in office...Dr. Referred my child for MRI staff never got authorization from insurance...DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE 3 -4 HR WAIT

First time I took my son the dr. was complaining about Medicaid not paying enough and that he had to see at least 10 patients in order to pay his staff. He also complained about his computer system freezing, and that is why he takes a long time to see patients. He also stated that he could hear all the mothers in the lobby screaming and complaining about how long he is taking when it is not his fault. But maybe he should invest in a new computer system and the wait won't be as long. In all fairness they do have a sign that u should expect to be ther 2 to 3 hours. But I ask you this...What kind of doctor complains to a first time patient about his other patients. He just seems frustrated with his career, and with all the people he sees everyday. Maybe he needs a long vacation or a change in attitude.

While some of yall complain. Yall should write a form on whats new and changed and let them read it. They hear the same thing 20 million times so they really dont need to say anything. Love this doctor! Been going for months and never had a problem. And food n stuff on the floor come on guys ODD/ADHD children gotta keep them entertained somehow!

If you like sitting on the floor in the hallway, this is the place for you. Sit for hours. Enjoy the screaming and running around of children. Rub elbows with other parents. Really. It's that crowded. If all of this isn't enough of a delight Dr. Mimbela's bedside manner will be. He will gladly condescend to you. Enjoy!

Staff looks dead, they don't care if you come or go, staff lie about receiving calls, you don't even see the Dr. Very Very Poor communication, they take hours to see you and when seen by medical assistant its only for 5 min, she then leaves and comes back with prescription, waiting for at least 3 hours to be seen for 5 mins. I'm sick of this Dr and staff! Never going back. They have no knowledge, working by the hour is their motto! Dr making easy money just sitting in a room eating! No enthusiasm at all!

His office is always dirty and for appointments the waiting period is always long for about 3 hours. Plus his staff is not helful at all.he is also very sarcastic and doesn't like to answer many questions when asked. I honestly don't recommend him.
