super rude and seems like everyone here hates their job. they all might as well quit and close down because this place gives you more problems then help.

Horrible horrible woman. Should be ashamed to call herself a doctor. Rude, arrogant, egotistical. . Treats parents as though they do not matter and treats them as though they are not worthy of caring for their own child. Has made my life living hel*l and would never recommend this so called "doctor" to anyone!

i just moved to this doctor and they take forever.. i was there at 9:30 (with appt) and didn't get seen till 11:30.. i told the front staff and they were super rude.. as well as the back medical assistant (karla) .. my child got a shot and cried. whach i found normal since its a toddler child.. after that Dr Douglas screamed a stupid comment in the hallway.. " ur child just decreased my patients by 20%!" i guess she doesn't think before speaking.. i found it awfully rude and unprofessional. i felt super bad so i decided not to go there anymore.

We move out of town due to my husband job . So we drive 5 hour to the valley cuz we won't change our Dr. Douglas . She is very understanding and very helpful that when my children get sick over here we just give her a call and she will help us cuz where we live we can't fine or get a good Dr. We don't have night clinics nor 24 hr pharmacy open its very hard . So god bless our Dr. Also Dr. De la Rosa.

Decided to give this doctor a chance after having a terrible experience with her assistant. My worst mistake took my son in for a check up. Dr. Douglas asks to speak with me in private. Almost 3 months of the incident I had encountered she asks what happened. I told her in detail she didn't offer apology. Instead raised her tone and tells me "SHE'S MY PERSONAL ASSISTANT" not only that but literally 3 times tells me if you are not happy find another doctor and we thought you weren't coming back. I felt humiliated by her ruthless responses.

She has been our family pediatrician for the last 17 years and all i can say is this doctor is amazing, compassionate and caring. The medical field was definitely her calling. You will find that she hears your concerns and will always do her best in any given situation. Thank you God for my blessed pediatrician.

Was recommended by a friend. Would personally recommend to any parent.

Dr. Douglas is friendly, professional and a great resource for family or children's care. She will answer the phone even when the office is closed. I will give her an A+
