Dr. Cullinam and his staff went out their way to help our granddaughter when she had an orthodontic emergency. They saw her immediately, were kind and went above and beyond anything we expected. And my granddaughter said..." He was so nice and it didn't even hurt!". Thank you Dr. Cullinam for your care and kindness to us. And thank you to your kind and helpful staff.... Nice nice people! Stay away from this Dr. No pts. in his office, that says something! I would not go to this Dr. again, ever! After recently arriving in Naples from Ohio, I broke my upper front tooth permanent retainer! Cost $220 to see Dr, panoramic X-rays done, Debbie saying it was Fl. state law, must do X-ray! I recently had X-rays & good check up in Ohio which I had told them! After exam & many stupid pictures offered to fix for $750 to rewire only, otherwise $175 for temporary plastic retainer, until I can get my tooth fixed back in Ohio. He is very EXPENSIVE! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR.!!! Next day I had permanent retainer fixed for $93, no X-rays, plus complimentary exam at Gulf Coast Orthodontics in Estero by a genuinely kind excellent orthodontist...Dr Leo Cullinan I feel is not! Again, stay away!!!!!

I would not recommend this Ortho Dr. to anyone!!! Twice in braces my teeth are worse now than before he put the braces on. He is arrogant and condescending not to mention extremely expensive! Now in the process of correcting what he made a mess of! There are many other Ortho Drs. to go to, do your homework!!!

It was a great experience!! Dr.Cullinan and staff were always excellent and attentive each visit was very fast I almost never have to wait in the waiting room each time I came in. I love my smile now:)

Expensive, Greedy, charged me little bit here and there throughout the procedures. Go where else better and cheaper.

Someone has got to be kidding! I have known Dr. Cullinan for 10 years: not only has he had the same staff during this entire time, he has done a superb job on my braces, and when my husband was dying of oral cancer procured emergency care to do the necessary extractions FOR FREE for last resort treatment. In addition Dr. Cullinan headed Mission of Mercy, coordinating over 100 volunteers across the nation, to provide over 2000 patients dental care otherwise unavailable due to financial challenges. He has spearheaded an organization which provides total dental care and restoration for rehabilitated homeless. Having graduated from West Point, with a view to service the world, I find specious at best these claims. Colleen Crandall

Dr. Cullinan installed "TADS" (temporary anchoring devices) in my childs jaw. They were big metal bolts installed directly into the upper jaw bone. He told me they were a new innovative technique and were absolutely necessary and charged me an extra $2500 for them. He never used them to attach any part of the braces to them. We changed orthodontists after 2.5 years and no progress and she said she never saw anything like them. They now need to be surgically removed. If you love your child, do not send your them to this orthodontist.

Condescending and terrible attitude from this Ortho, go elsewhere (cheaper & better). Can't keep Staff around to save his practice, everyone quits because it's his way or no way...
