I decided to go with Dr. Burrows since he is close to our home. Upon meeting him, I wasn’t too impressed. He looks more like he belongs at a nightclub in Breckenridge than a doctors office. I ignored this first impression and went back to him on several occasions. As it turns out, I should have listened to my first impression. My last visit with Dr. Burrows was for injuries incurred from an accident & consequently some paperwork to navigate through for work and insurance. He spent less than a minute with me, patted me on the back and promised we’d get it taken care of as quickly as possible. My employer required insurance paperwork which he and his office staff repeatedly filled out partially or not at all. I went back to his office at least 5 times, requesting the paperwork be filled out correctly. Eventually his staff informed me that Dr Burrows wouldn’t do disability paperwork, leaving me hanging and having to start this process all over again. My impression is that Dr Burrows’ office staff is not treated or paid well. They seem apathetic and not very impressed with him. He is frequently out of office and hasn’t once returned a phone call. I would highly recommend any other doctor’s office than this one. .

Dr burrows consistently pawns off his patients to younger inexperienced help. If you want to work with the actual doctor this is not the place for you

I am very well pleased and happy about all aspects of the care and services provided by Dr. David Burrows and his efficient staff workers. I would (and will) highly recommend him to Family and Friends alike! He's one in a million! Thanks Doc!

This office operates what I would refer to as borderline fraud. You have to make an office visit to have blood drawn, then a separate office visit to come in for results (even if everything is within normal range). During a preventative visit they asked a question about a situation discussed on a previous visit (which they did not treat). That question "entitled" them to add a separate office visit ON TOP of the preventative care visit. A separate screw up by the office staff caused an 18 month billing nightmare. Dr. Burrows is a nice enough guy, but his practices and staff are the absolute worst. Search for other options.

Been with Doctor B for many years (10+). He see’s our whole family. Great personable physician. Very good technical skills. Very nice personality. I rarely wait more than 10-15 minutes in waiting room. New service that does the scheduling is kinda a pain but once you get to the actual scheduling person it works fine. He also accepts patients short notice usually with 24 hours.

Bad, bad place. They don't know what they are doing. They never ever return phone calls and the office staff is poor.

Dr. Burrows and his staff have always been helpful and efficient. I had to stop going to Dr. B a few years ago because of a change in insurance. Now that I have a new insurance, I am happily able to have Dr. B as my doctor again. He is a very caring doctor and listens to my concerns. I have never had a problem with the doctor or his staff.

Dr Burrows did not seem to take interest in my concerns. He seemed distracted and preoccupied with other things during visit. I also felt that he did not complete a very thorough history or physical. I will be looking for a new doctor
