watch out if you are in law enforcement. This doctor carries a card in his pocket with names of his patients in law enforcement and uses this to help him get out of traffic tickets or when he is stopped.

HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER! RUDE! TREATED MY DADS PAIN FOR YEARS AND DECIDED ONE DAY TO JUST STOP ALL MEDS AND SEND HIM ON HIS WAY. HOPEFULLY HE WILL NOT BE IN PRACTICE MUCH LONGER FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND!

The best Spine Specialist in the World. He researches, successfully treated those that other doctors couldn't help. Treats the Royal Family. Honestly fabulous. Those who say anything negative, only because he helps them return to work without medications. Pauza is great.

Made a 3 hour drive to see him, he came highly recommended. Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable, a lot of info to absorb (take notes). Liz had me fill out my paperwork prior to appointment (mailed packet to me), wait time in waiting room was about 15 min. Wait time in exam room about 10 minutes .. He spent about 20 or so minutes with me going over my situation & resolutions. Afterwards, I spoke with Wanda, insurance lady to discuss my fees (this was my choice to meet with her). I am extremly pleased with my visit with Dr. Pauza. Not sure where the negative comments came from but I had a positive experience.

His office had canceled an appt I had previously made and rescheduled me for a week later. My appt was at 1:45 which I arrived 10 minutes early for. An hour later I was still sitting in the waiting room. Finally was taken back to a room where I waited another 30 minutes. I went out in the hall to try and find someone and found Dr Pauza in his office playing on the computer. I explained my appt was an hour and half ago and if he was going to be a while longer I'd just reschedule. He quickly got up, grabbed my chart and followed me into the room. He clearly was not happy that I had busted him playing around and was very uninterested in anything I had to say. Told me that when I got ready to do something to let him know. Asked me to follow him up front, handed me a pamphlet and left. His attitude was very unprofessional and he wanted me to know that I would sit there as long as it took for him to see me. Got news for him. My time is just as valuable as his. Would not recommend him at all.
