On each of my three visits to the clinic, I was met with a smiling face and cheerful greeting from the staff person at the receptionist desk. On the first visit, x-rays and a consultation were required to determine what work was needed to get my teeth and gums to a healthy state before addressing the aesthetic aspects of my dental plan. Dr. Hafner presented options (based on my goals), along with timelines/cost of each procedure (given in writing). The second visit(4/17/14), he did fillings on three teeth. On the third visit (4/24), two teeth were filled (both had old fillings) and a third had to be extracted. Both experiences were surprisingly pleasant. I have a huge fear of needles--to the point of requesting total sedation with other dentists in the past. Dr. Hafner is very gentle with the injections required to numb the site; and, he and his assistant were attentive throughout the entire process. I am thrilled to have a dentist that I would recommend to anyone. WFM
