Dr. Mesias helped me through a very difficult time. I had left a relationship with someone who experienced any disagreement, any difference of opinion, and any of my other relationships as an offense or rejection/abandonment. A year after having ended that relationship, this person could not let go of me and chose to constantly "target blame" me, cyberbully me (not considering the "digital footprint" that was left), create false stories about me, and attack those who supported me. In therapy, I was able to work through my issues and understand why I became involved in this type of relationship given my history and background. I gained insight, took responsibility for all of my feelings and choices, and was able to move on, to heal, and to grow. A very useful site for people in similar situations is "Out of the fog". Dr. Mesias was outstanding in her knowledge, compassion, and support.

Straightforward and very knowledgeable. Capable of adapting to different personalities (couples) and treating each in a way that can get the message across. I've learned a great deal about myself and others through our sessions.

Patients schedules are moved to meet what appears to be a business bottom line of income first. Found her to be more concerned with her schedule than being consistent, grounding, and secure. She was insulting and really used the tools of therapy to manipulate via guilt to have me leave work all to frequently to accommodate her and other patient schedule changes. I have found a much more professional therapist and very thankful for it. Dr. Mesias' style is on the line of harsh judgement, controlling, manipulative, and elitist. I would not recommend Dr. Mesias as a therapist. Very thankful I left after 2 years and found a much more profession and qualified Doctor.

Wilda's style may not be for everyone, but I have found her to be extremely insightful, as well as direct and helpful in quickly cutting to the heart of an issue. Her guidance and homework have both proven to be highly beneficial to my relationships. I recommend her highly.

Business woman first, schedules move a lot to accommodate other clients, strains the quality of services. Very direct and at times elitist.
