Horrible. Crossed multiple ethical and professional boundaries and caused emotional harm to our family.

She did not help my daughter at all. In fact, she turned her against us and said negative comments about us without even knowing us! She did not take the time to find out what is really going on before offering advice. We will never recommend her to anyone.

Wow, she is nice! She is smart and funny and explains things very clearly. Because she's caring and generous with her time, she's sometimes 10-15 minutes late but the waiting room and garden are pretty so you don't mind relaxing there before your appointment.
