Dr. Harper saw me for an ankle and knee injury. He was kind and knowledgable and the nurses were fantastic.

Dr Harper asked my husband who was struggle to breathe why he did not go to his Dr. He told us there was nothing more he could do for us that his Dr couldn't do. He was rude and arrogant.
