Dr. Dirksen did surgery on my foot and I have had pain ever since and other major health problems. He is awful. Warning: Don’t go to him!!

Seek an orthopedic specialist. After 3 months with the podiatrist, still had horrible PF pain. Now headed to ortho dr and had MRI which shows fractures, tears, ligament damage....Podiatrist only advice to me was to wear the $400 orthotic and get an injection. Appears someone desires to sell inserts at $400 vs $277 (at Cox Ortho clinic, I called them) and give injections. Run...

Sometimes have to wait awhile, but very knowledgeable and friendly.

When I last visited Dr. Dirksen, I was experiencing painful plantar fasciitious. Dr. Dirksen fashioned special arch supports for my shoes -- while I waited. That, and specific exercises, relieved the pain in short order. Dr. Dirksen appears to be a very intelligent, intuitive practitioner well practiced and highly thought of in his field. Include me as a loyal patient.

Dr. Very very late, full of himself. No time spent, I went to the ER that night only to find out he missed that I had a broken bone in my foot. They wanted to know if they should call him, not on your life. Orthopedic surgeon fixed me up. DPM isn't even a doctor, no wonder
