Excellent doctor I have in more than ten years, he is very nice and on time.

1. The wait for an office visit was an hour and a half. 2. The doctor examined my nose and ears with the scope and the attachments (not disposable) were then put back without any method to know that they had been used and needed to be cleaned before the next patient. 3. My heath concerns were disregarded with the statement that everyone is like that and I don't have any problems.

Why Glendale Memorial assigned this Doctor to me is beyond me. I checked myself in because I had recently been in a car accident and was having the symptoms of a concussion. They assigned THIS doctor to me without any appropriate experience. He was rude, always late, did not seem interested in anything I had to say. I would not recommend him to anyone. Because he was down right horrible I checked myself out.
