Too cautious, 12 weeks have elapsed with no definitive diagnosis but have many procedures and even more blood tests. No answers and much money and time spent with unsure or no results.

Went to him with a suspected kidney stone. He took the urine specimen but no culture. After a month I insisted on a urine culture Which came back as a staff infection Resistant to most medications. Prescribed the wrong medicine then became very rude when I told him it was not working .. referred me to a OB-GYN and a urolgist. All this happened over a two-month period. Ended up I did have kidney stones Lodged in my tube and a serious staph infection. Staff cleared up with the right medication And kidney stones were removed. We'll never go back to this doctor again.

looked him up after seeing him for the first time, and was shocked by previous reviews. I waited 15 minutes, but he spent all the time we needed to address all my problems. he was thorough and likeable.

Clerical error left me stranded in the wait room and an exam room for over two hours! By the time my blood pressure was taken it was (obviously) elevated. Bergfeld without consideration to what I had been through put me on blood pressure medication. After leaving his office in tears of humiliation and parting words from a nurse who didnt even give me eye contact, I eventually took myself off the meds and found a new doctor who said I never had high blood pressure and should have never been prescribed medication. I would not recommend him or his staff.

Appointments always run late unless you schedule to be his first morning patient. I was shifted to this doctor when my primary retire. Although he is likeable enough, I'm not sure that I am going to keep him.

Not helpfull with specific health problems. I am searching for another physician who will accept Medicaid and be more knowleable, resposive and cooperative.
