Even though I have received quality care. I had to wait two hours for my apt time and heard the Dr yelling at his staff. I am not sure I would recommend this office to friends or family.

Dr Tsang has been my dentist for years. He is a very caring and knowledgeable individual. In fact, my husband's dentist is considered the best dentist in Toronto. (he has a long medical history with this dentist, so its not possible for him to change to Dr Tsang). When his dentist found out I go to Dr Tsang, he said Dr Tsang is the model dentist in the industry and glad he is my dentist. I really don't understand where the bad review comes from. I know a number of individuals going to Dr Tsang too. I have never heard anything bad about him.

Dr. Tsang is an exceptionally skilled dental surgeon both in terms of his surgical practice and patient communication. I received three dental implants from his office in October 2013 and the process was painless and I believe it was done as best as it can be done. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Tsang and his wonderful staff especially Dr. Farber. During the consultation he was straightforward, personable and put me completely at ease. He also takes obvious pride in his work and is passionate about it. As for his staff, I found them to be warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Another great thing about his office is that all the specialized diagnostic equipment needed for dental implants is right there, which makes it very convenient for the patient and there's no need to go off to some other lab to make a separate appointment, which is usually the case. I'm happy to report that after about 9 months my implants are rock solid and looking great. Rama Q

he doesn't know how to numb correctly. you will be sensitive during the while procedure. he shakes and gets mad while he is working on your teeth at some of his assistants. his receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. they try to pressure you into having more expensive work done. he lies about the costs.

He has no adequate training to place implants without calling his mentor during procedure, no help how to take care of them but they all will try to pressure you to have a lot of them placed. When your bill is lower then what you had to pay him in advanced, he will add bogus charges and refuses to return the remainder of your funds back to you and starts to ignor you. He doesn't answer your e-mails or your phone calls if you experience pain and discomfort after treatment and his receptionist will get and attitute and make fun of you.

Dr. Tsang has been my dentist for years. He's someone you can trust and count on to always do the best possible job.

Have not been to this dentist but had heard good thngs about them. Unfortunately I never got the chance to find out. I tried to make an emergency appointment with them as I have broken a tooth and needed urgent care. The person that answered the phone couldn't have cared less. She didn't seem sympathetic at all despite the fact that I told her I have a gaping hole in my mouth and her best suggestion was for me to check the phone book for a dentist that wasn't busy. Not impressed with her approach at all.

Great holistic dental clinic. Dr Tsang and the hygenists are very knowledgeable.

Dr. Tsang is a very caring, kind and knowledgeable dentist. My two year old had a great time during her first dental visit ever. The staff are very freindly and helpful.
