Unfortunately,dr Chris Tsang is not available to practice now,but he was awesome,I think some people didn't like him coz he was real..the office continues to preform excellent service,dentists and hygienists as well as office staff,thank you

I was a client of Dr Tsang. I liked that he practiced holistic dentistry but I grew tired of the following: Long waits for your appointment. It was not unusual to be kept waiting 1 - 2 hours after my appointment time. Unprofessional behavior of Dr Tsang and his staff. In all the years I have been receiving dental care Dr Tsang was the worst dentist I have ever gone to

I was told by his colleagues and friends that he is in a years long persistent coma from a dirt bike injury. I used to drive from tge kingston rural area to see him. Daniel is very unpleasant and some of his staff are arrogant. But if his office called me I'd go back . Their holistic approach is stellar.

I have been his patient for decades and feel safe and secure under his care. I TRUST HIM completely!!

I thank my lucky stars every day for finding Dentistry In Aurora and especially Dr. Tsang!! After doing my research, I traveled from out of province to get top notch dental service. I had even considered going out-of-country but won the lottery when I found such talent in my own country. I have never seen a more professional, skilled, knowledgeable, current, informative, caring, friendly and organized dental office. The office is modern, inviting and comfortable. Dr. Tsang could not have been kinder and more interested in making my dental experience a positive one. He is extremely skilled, meticulous, and passionate about his work and life in general. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to address any and all my concerns. His staff are exceptional in every way, especially Danielle the Office Coordinator. She goes out of her way and makes it her priority to ensure you have a good experience. I am beyond satisfied and pleased with the dental work that was done. All the research and the travel were definitely worth it. I was so satisfied that I would make the trip again should I need any future, especially specialized, dental work. I've already recommended Dentistry in Aurora to others. I cannot wrap my head around the negative comments...definitely NOT my experience. Thank you Dr. Tsang. You are the best!!

He can be amazing and very skilled if he wants to...lacks the patience to do so, he is quick tempered and will tell you where to go if you upset him. His staff is a joke... Danielle is bipolar and acts entitled, to the point i wouldn't put it past her writing positive reviews in here....If you question things too much they get angry. Flexibilty for appointments is such a joke....they like to keep the schedule free for the new clients...The people who do write a real nice review are those who did not have multiple failed operations and paid every penny without hesitation or questioning.....Every dentist will love a high paying easy client with an easy fix.....that doesn't ask questions or complains....Ps.... Stop charging for missed dental hygenists... One of them told me you DO NOT PAY THEM for missed appointments....

Good doctor ,very nice surgeon, office with modern equipment and professional staff.Danielle ,by the way ,is really nice and kind person and professional office manager , she have made financial part of my treatment plan and explain me every single detail . I have no idea why some patients put such a poor rate.

I don't like the staff at the front desk,one especially very rude, made snarly comments and the most rudest staff I have ever encountered with bad attitude. She thinks she s the Queen or something talking down to patients, very rude must be low educated I think her name is Danielle...Beware of the fake smiles!

Great place!!! Doctor Tsang knows what he is doing. Better than 90% of the offices out there.

Fine Dentist good staff! Beautiful office. Keep up the great work. The negative reviews on this office and staff seem suspect!
