My husband and I have been going to Dr. Paulding for about 9 years and she is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. She is warm, listens, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr. Paulding always remembers what we spoke about at our last appointment and always asks how my husband and pets are. When my mother had Fronto Temporal Dementia and lived with me, I took her to get a check up with Dr. Paulding and she treated my mom with so much care and respect, which was very important to me. When I had major surgery with my OB/GYN, Dr. Paulding checked my records to makes sure the surgery went well (she is in the same network as my OB/GYN). She didn't have to do that but did because she cares about her patients, even when she is not the one treating a problem. Her entire staff is also kind and helpful. I had to see a different doctor in the office one time while she was on vacation and he was wonderful too (Dr. Cunningham). I highly recommend this practice and specifically Dr. Paulding to everyone.....she also does pediatrics.

She is a terrific doctor. Really listens, and pays attention, and she remembers you from visit to visit. When she is unsure of something, she is not afraid to run whatever tests are necessary to find out, and she is not ashamed to refer to a specialist if she can't figure out the answer herself. She is very knowledegable, but doesn't seem to have an arrogant bone in her body, unlike some doctors I've seen. My husband, mother, and I all use her as our primary care doc, and we really like her.

I am a new patient and only saw her once, but she was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring, and helpful with my condition. She had an awesome bedside manner. I recommend giving her a try. She did tell me that she has been in practice for 15 years, which I think is an ideal length of time--long enough to be experienced, but young enough to be not too set in her ways, and up on current information.
