Fantastic doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and thinks outside the box, not being myopic to his own specialty. He is very thorough, very nice and easy to talk to.

Dr. Hitchcock seems very caring and knowledgeable, BUT always have had problems with his staff in particular with his nurse(s) they absolutely never call you about test results and when you call to find out it is days before the office gets back to you, that's if the nurse even contacts the Lab for you to set up your lab appointment! It's a shame you find a doctor you have confidence in and then the staff continually puts roadblocks up so you cannot get the care, you believe, the doctor wants you to have.

I think that Dr. Hitchcock is a very good doctor. I have never had trouble with him being on time. They got my test scheduled right away and I had what I needed approved right away. I think that he is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I even recommened he to my sister to go to. Sometimes you do have a bad experience every now and then but I know that I will like this doctor. Give him a try before you judge him.

Dr. was very behind schedule, while office staff was unfriendly and rude. Scheduling for MRI took over 3 weeks, and office did not call to let me know anything. Meanwhile, I switched to another Dr. AND had a MRI performed by the time this office arranged for MRI testing. During this time, I had cancelled all appointments & tests with Dr. Hitchcock's office, yet they continued to schedule for testing. Office is very unprofessional, while physician seemed unconcerned about my symptoms and degree of pain.
