Having two babies back to back left me with a lot of extra weight. I was extremely nervous going to see Dr. Rosenberg but he put me at ease as soon as he walked in the room. He has an amazing bedside disposition. The day of surgery was a breeze. His staff explained everything that was going to happen and then Dr. Rosenberg came in the ask if I had any last minute questions. After surgery the the staff was great about answering all my questions whenever I called. I'm now six weeks out and I'm extremely happy with my results. I had a breast augmentation 2 months ago and I couldnt have imagined better results.. he and his staff is very friendly and informative.. he takes his time to explain everything .. my surgery went good and the next morning Dr. Basner himself called to check up on me .. Several years ago Dr. Banner did a breast augmentation for me. I had a reaction to the stitches that resulted in ingestion and ugly scarring around the nipples. Dr. Banner did another procedure (at no charge) to try to remove the scarred tissue but it wasn't successful. He was done with me, and hIs advice in the end was to suggest I visit a dermatologist to see if I could have laser treatments to resolve the scarring. The dermatologists I consulted told me that wasn't possible, so I now have ugly permanent scars around my nipples. I didn't feel that he cared enough or did enough, and feel I paid for a procedure that in the end was disfiguring. I also felt "upsold" by his staff and got liposuction, which I also now regret and feel was a waste. I finally felt I had to post a rating about my negative experience.

Had a tummy tuck 2/19, makes me 14 post op days today. Had my two week check up and I could not be happier with results. This is a professional doctor with a highly professional staff. This facility is state of the art and well maintained. Dr. Basner's personality only enhances his likability and skills, which in my opinion is top notch. I am bringing my sister for a full body lift, my girlfriend for eye lift and anyone else who desires to have work down by a top plastic surgeon with standards and honesty. I do not have a single complaint about my experience with Dr. Basner. In the whole process, making the decision to set up the consultation was probably the toughest part. Everyone in Dr. Basner's office made me feel so comfortable, especially on the day of surgery. I was expecting to feel so nervouce, but my conversations with him at the consultation and on the day of the surgery really made me trust him. It has been three months since my surgery and I am so pleased with the results. My nose looks so natural and although the changes were subtle, they have drastically improved the appearance of my nose.
