I went to Dr. Basner for a breast lift and a tummy tuck. I am so happy with the results! I felt like the entire experience was a positive one. His staff was friendly and not snotty like some other offices that I went to for a consultation. I had so many questions and nobody made me feel silly for asking. I highly recommend Dr. Basner. A+ experience. You won't be sorry!

My experience at The Plastic Surgery Center of MD was an absolute positive one. The moment I called to schedule a consultation with Dr. Basner I knew I made the right decision. Originally I was only going to have the surgery to remove the bags under my eyes even though I was self conscious of my chin/neck area. When he asked me "what are you unhappy with " and he told me that it would be less expensive and easier to have them both done together, I decided to have both pro procedures done. * That was the best decision and the most important part of my consult with him. Dr. Basner put my fears about the surgery to rest- as did EVERY staff member that came in contact with me the day of my consult. I was surprised how little discomfort I felt following the surgery - even though Dr. Basner and the staff told me that. The literarure that was provided per-op was very helpful - but at the same time very scary (informing me about what could happen post op)I was surprised how quickly the healing process was and still is. I am so happy with my results - they are amazing. the results are better than I could have imagined, especially when Dr. Basner kept showing me my pre-op pictures. Knowing what I know now, how I feel and how I look, I wish I had not waited so long to have the surgery. all of the staff were first rate but I had the most contact with Amanda- besides Dr. Basner and i just want you to know how wonderful I think she is. I have always heard really good things about Dr. Basner but finally made my appt after I saw a friend's results. She looked great. I was really nervous but everyone made me feel very comfortable. I had a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. I am so happy I finally did it. I only wish I did not wait as long as I did. Staff was great from beginning to end. Dr. Basner was also really honest. I was ready to have some facial work done and he said I really did not need it. I feel like most docs want to do as much as they can so they can make more money. I love that he told me not to have more surgery but less. Amazing!

I was referred to dr. Basner by my dermatologist for cosmetic facial surgery to deal with an aging face and neck. My goal was not to look like someone else or change my features but to look like me minus the wrinkles and sags. After a thorough consultation I chose to have a lower lift, including neck, fat grafts to the cheeks and lips, and an eyelIft. Prior to the surgery I was fully and completely informed of what to expect immediately after the procedures and during the entire healing process. This was extremely helpful as I went through healing because I knew what to expect, what was normal and the timeframes for various changes and improvements. I can't say enough about my experience and results with dr. Basner ... I love the results ... They have exceeded my greatest expectations. While there were times when I wished the healing would just be done, as one of his assistants told me "keep your eye on the prize" ... Such good advice ... The end result was well worth the wait. Dr. Basner, The regularly scheduled follow ups, the office staff, and most importantly my results mAde this otherwise anxious experience an awesome one. Dr Basner is the best.

Dr Basner is an artist. He did a facelift and eyelid surgery for me several months ago. The results are truly natural looking and beautiful. He also added some volume to my cheeks and I really look and FEEL ten years younger. I can't say enough good thins about him and his staff. They were very caring and always available for questions. Go to him for any facial plastic surgery procedures.

I have a terrible experience with Doctor Basner. I had a facelift but this doctor inject on my face a fluid, "without my permission " this fluid started going to the bottom of my face and I looked I had lumps everywhere,, specially on my jaws. When I went back to check, 3 months later, I couldn't have believe he ask me "what is that" everything was fresh but he told me he didn't do it. Well, he said he can fix it but I had to pay again. On my opinion, this Dr is looking for somebody who can practice, but he should back to the school to learn something else and don't ruin his patients face or body.

After deciding to get breast implants I first visited another facility for a consult. Later on when I had finally felt it was the right time to get the procedure, I had come to Dr. Basner as a referral from a friend. I wasn't initially thrilled about my decision with the first surgical center I chose so I wanted to give this a shot. I was very pleased with how my consult went. The facility is a nice convenient location with very friendly staff. Dr. Basner was very informative and helpful. I was put at ease and knew this was the place to go. My surgery day came quickly and once again the staff was very friendly. I am extremely happy with how the whole process went from beginning to end. I am more than pleased with my breast implants and would recommend this center to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Dr Basner is a phenomenal artist with amazing results and unsurpassed bedside manner.

For years, having put off 'doing something', a friend told me what an excellent plastic surgeon Dr. Basner is. He is extremely skilled. I am thrilled with the neck lift I received and look so much better and younger. The surgery exceeded my most hopeful expectations. Dr Basner thoughtfully considered everything.
