Hey I just discovered a great new dentist in the Calgary SE, Chapparal area. Dr. Jeff is a highly ranked Dentist that just moved into Calgary from Okotoks. I just had some serious work done and it went very well. They take the time to explain everything and for me I find this relaxing. The office is all new with very modern equipment, the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. If you're looking for a great dental office in the SE give this one a try. It is a little tricky getting into but there is loads of free parking too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bilodeau for several years and HIGHLY recommend his service above ALL others. Not only does his team take the time to know you as a person, they approach each visit with professionalism and character. I have always been a little apprehensive of the dreaded dental chair and practically forced myself to attend yearly checkups, let alone procedures. After my first visit with Dr. Bilodeau and his wonderful assistant Mary, I realized how lucky I was to have found a service that was both skillful and entertaining! I left without any discomfort and felt completely informed and well taken care of. I have heard through the grape vine that he is opening his own practice in south Calgary and I can't wait to see the new office! Don't waste your time going somewhere else only to be upsold and cashed out - this is the dentist you want!

Dr. Bilodeau has been our dentist since we moved to Okotoks, all care has been provided and great consideration is given to each of our 4 family members as we experience anxiety to TMJ. My last condition of an abcess was immediately booked, X-rayed and perscribed anti-biotics. I choose to wait for extraction until my round was complete, he understood and thoroughly explained the entire procedure. His passion for dentistry is undeniable. He has a great side kick Mary who's comedic relief aids in relaxing in the chair and having the appointment fly with minimal discomfort. Small details make for a great professional relationship, and this dynamic duo are by far keepers!

I am very upset with the lack of care I received from Dr Bilodeau. I came in with an excruciating tooth ache. I was assessed, given Tylenol and booked 4 weeks down the road. After suffering for 2 more days, unable to sleep or function properly. I called the office. The receptionist was great, booked me in and rearranged the schedule so Dr. Bilodeau could do a root canal. This was done and again I was sent on my way with no medication for the infected tooth. Dr. Bilodeau seems indifferent to the pain I expressed to him. After 3 more days of unbearable pain I went to medical clinic and was immediately given antibiotics for the infected tooth. 2 days later I started to feel better. This was neglected care by a professional. I am so very disappointed at such disregard for patient care and comfort.

Dr. Bilodeau and his Assistant are awesome and put my dental office fears at ease they kept me aware of what was going on at all time as well as continued to make me laugh. Dr. Bilodeau gave me a fantasist needle for my local anesthetic. I have recommended him to my friends and family. He also was great with my son who was just 8 months at the time!

Excellent dentist. Felt very comfortable, no pain dental work was done well. Would totally recommend.

New to Okotoks, I had heard really good things about Dr Robinson. When I broke a tooth and called in, I was scheduled with Dr Bilodeau, as Dr Robinson was away. I was in the chair for over 50 minutes. All I had done was an x-rays and a very long, jumbled explanation of the treatment I required. I found that Dr Bilodeau rambled on and on about a lot of things that had nothing to do with why I was there. His assistant seemed disconnected from the entire process. I ended up not getting the tooth fixed and was booked back. In the time that Dr. Bilodeau took to over explain the procedure could have had the tooth fixed. Thankfully the girls at the front are fantastic and I did book back with Dr Robinson, which was a great experience.

Dr Jeff is the best dentist I have had! He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He always explains what he needs to do and does an excellent job. He seems to love the art of dentistry. His assistant, Mary is also excellent.I find her professional, knowledgeable and caring. They make a great team. I do not enjoy going to see the dentist, but since I have been seeing Dr. Jeff I have been less anxious about going and they make you laugh!

Dr. Bilodeau and Mary (his assistant) make my stomach hurt from laughing so much.....If you have to go to a dentist, this is the team you want to see. The admin staff are pleasant enough but call constantly to change appointment times and dates.
