I started seeing Dr. Bilodeau about a year ago and he has far exceeded any expectations I have had for a dentist. To start, I had a dental emergency from hockey during the weekend. I was in contact with Dr. Bilodeau and he opened his office on a Sunday to put the tooth back and temporary fix my teeth so I could eat again. I thought it would be painful, but Dr. Bilodeau made the experience very comfortable and relatively painless. I have since been back for my root canal and filling; the procedure was very smooth and they have done a fantastic job. Mary is an absolutely fantastic assistant and always makes you comfortable. They work together very well and my procedure took about an hour less than my last root canal with a previous dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Bilodeau's office for your family dentist, because of how friendly and organized they are, but also how reliable they have been in case of an emergency. There is no doubt that this dental office has exceptional service.

I have had the same dentist for 23 years until Dr. Jeff Bilodeau opened CV Dental in Chaparral Valley. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. The receptionist and dental assistants are friendly and welcoming. My teeth were cleaned thoroughly, and I felt that the dental hygenist put a little more effort in to get the job done right. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Bilodeau.

My son has special needs and was there for his treatment. He is terrified of the dentist. Dr. B and. His staff were very much on edge the entire time. They did not seem relaxed or knowledgable in dealing with children's fears. Mary his assistant is a joke. She called my son ridiculas at least 3 times while she kept snacking his hands down onto his chest. Insisting he stop crying and kids half his age do this all the time. Why can't he. My son had a full out panic attack in the chair and they kept drilling in his mouth and spraying water. I thought my son was choking and demanded they stop! Mary spazzed and smashed her rooms down in annoyance and the dr just sat their like a moron! They had no clue how to deal with him. They kept saying I should just use gas he needs gas to settle down so they can work. I did not want my child drugged so they felt less annoyed.! Then the dr makes the remark that just so I know he isn't gonna charge me the unruly patient fee. I am livid!

I followed Jeff Bilodeau from Okotoks to his new digs in Calgary South. All my dental experiences with Jeff have been very good. His support staff including Mary, and Sommer, are very courteous and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I have been seeing the same dentist for over 30 years, but given the fact he is close to retiring now, decided to look around for a new dentist. I found Dr. Bilodeau online and decided to go for a check up and cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Bilodeau, and also of the gorgeous office. I was seen promptly and efficiently. Dr. Bilodeau wanted to do a filling on a tooth that had been bothering me for a few months. I was a little reluctant at first, only because I have only ever had one dentist every do a filling in my mouth, but I had such a good experience the first time around, I decided to trust them to do my filling too. I was not disappointed. Him and his assistant were awesome. They checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and kept me informed of what was happening the entire time. And afterward as the numbing wore off I was nervous for some discomfort, but there was none! I would definitely recommend them!

Had a great experience at this office. Walked in to a brand new facility. Reception was friendly and prompt in checking myself in. Did not have to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Bilodeau's assistant Mary was very friendly in providing x-rays. Everything is digital so it is quick and painless. Dr Bilodeau did my cleaning since there was no hygienist in that day. He did an excellent job. His biggest strength is explaining everything that he is doing and providing back ground information on why your gums and teeth react the way they do. I was in and out in just over an hour. Alyssa the receptionist was very flexible in scheduling my follow up appointment to a time that suited me the best. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bilodeau's services to anyone and I will be going back as a repeat satisfied customer.

Wonderful office!! The staff are cheery, and the office itself is beautiful. New Patient paperwork was a breeze, only 2 pages! Alyssa was extremely friendly and helpful up front. Dr. Jeff is very personable and really made and effort to ensure I understood what he was talking about during my exam. I felt his approach to treatment was definitley focused more on my oral health than production. Mary, Dr. Jeff's assistant is super friendly, and you can tell they have a wonderful working relationship. My appointment moved at an efficient pace, but at no point did I feel like anything was being rushed. Working in the Medical/Dental Insurance field I can say with certainty that his fees are right on par with the majority of dental offices in Alberta. Will be recommending CV Dental to my friends and family!

I was turned off right away by the amount of info I had to supply -like 12pages for a basic check up and cleaning. I've never spent more than an hour to an hour and a half in the chair . I had to endure three hours to get a cleaning and be told a have no cavities . I don't smoke, haven't had a filling since I was a child and yet the hygienist wanted me back for another session!! Expensive and found Dr Bilideau confusing. I will take my amity elsewhere !!!!

I tried this office as close to home.i couldn't believe all the paperwork I had to fill out! I was there FOREVER for a basic checkup and cleaning and I have good teeth! I found the dentist unremarkable. I get my teeth cleaned twice a year and yet the hygienist took a long time and wanted to see me back. I've never been charged this much for my teeth. Money grab

I visited Dr. Bilodeau for the first time and found he and his staff to be very kind and considerate. He was very patient, gave full explanations and set me at ease. I had a procedure performed that I was very apprehensive about as I had experienced it before with another doctor and remembered it to be very unpleasant to say the least. With Dr. Bilodeau it was a breeze with no discomfort. Therefore I am happy to give the entire experience a 5.
