Firstly, with it being COVID One would think that 20 people in a waiting room are too many people. Can’t practice social distancing with that many people in one room. People at reception are extremely rude. They think they are above you. Explained COVID protocols to them they think they know better by not observing COVID protocols. Conflicting information is given. When trying to clarify information, the front staff talk down to you like you are the stupid one even though they are the one’s giving conflicting information. They don’t know what they are doing here!! When getting your package for the tests that need to be done, Jessica picks and chooses what information to give you. Some people get full explanation ( ex: where surgery is going to be done, name of doctor, etc. Some people DON’T!! She allows people to butt in front of people without checking to see who’s next!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Very long wait times, doesn’t matter if you are disabled, they don’t care!! Find another place!!

Highly regarded ophthalmologists, but a lousy business model. Forget trying to get through on their phone lines...it takes many hours each time. Far too many patients in the office at a time, especially given Covid safety. It does not feel safe waiting 2-3 hours each visit amongst so many people. There does not appear to be any air filtration system...air is stuffy and hot. Scheduling needs to change to keep everyone safe. Front staff do not seem properly trained and make mistakes like checking you in. Disagreements between staff, accusing each other of mistakes, is very unprofessional. Even early day appointments still take 2+ hours to be seen. So disappointing.

The doctors are goo and very nice - however the staff is rude and not helpful at all - they act as if they are above the patients and look down on the patients- trying g to get through on the phone is impossible- I have pressed one for call back on Friday and now it is Tuesday - they cancel an appointment and take the liberty upon themselves to give you another application without you accepting it but making sure to leave you a Phone message of the fee for office visit and that if you so. It show up you will be billed - how dare you assume that your appointment is good for me without speaking to me first - people do work and have lives you know

You can never get in touch with them. If you try by phone they leave you waiting for 7 minutes and then they hang up no matter at what day or time. If you email them the do not have the courtesy to answer back. If you ever need an advise from the doctor FORGET IT. they re not there for you seem they are like a business or factory that what matters is the bottom line never mind the patient - they are never there to talk to you. Even if you drive to the office to talk to them the reception cannot do much and I don't blame them so what good is it to have a doctor who you cannot talk to or reach out to.

Unorganized, rude receptionists, disgusting bathrooms. Waited one hour in the morning and was told to come back at 3:30 only to find out that 7 others were told to come back at the same time and had to wait 3 more hours.

My GP made an urgent referral but Prism did not have the courtesy to inform me that the would not be able to take my case! My now 24 hour urgent referral has gone 10 days untreated! I will choose not to come here in the future!
