Tried to get me to pay out of pocket for an MRI for high blood pressure and cholesterol. I do not have high blood pressure, and I went on a diet, so I no longer needed the followup appointment. When I canceled it, he stopped refilling my anti-depressants out of sheer pettiness. Only cares about money. Very pushy about giving unnecessary treatments, the more expensive the better as far as he’s concerned.

This practice has really gone down hill. Dr Noyes doesn't even run his practice anymore and if you really need him, forget it. There is no way to reach him directly. I stayed with this practice for a long time but am now done with both Village Health and Dr. Noyes. Signed, Joel Pickering

Even though my cholesterol readings have been about as good as you can get for 9 months, and the fact that I've lost 45 pounds over the previous 15 months, and have done everything they've asked of me, this doctor continues to keep me on the maximum allowable dose of Crestor and continues to insist I come in every three months for new labs, a new office visit, and to renew a prescription for a medication that every other doctor has been able to write me for 12 months out. Also, there is a medication that is the same price for the higher dose as the lower dose and it is not covered by my insurance. Instead of letting me cut a higher dose pill in half (NOT time-released), he insists on prescribing the lower dose pills which would double my cost of using the medication. To top that off, he prescribed the exact same number of pills of the lower dose which would constitute only a half-month's supply and he even refused to bump the quantity even though he lowered the dose. Idiotic and stubborn! Looking elsewhere as I am done with his nonsense and buck-seeking.

I feel sad that Dr. Noyes has treat me very well but on the other hand due to my cholesterol he has masa me go to the office every three months and has made me do other bunch of testa that I am tired of. All the time, tests are negative. Them, why I am doing those tests? Once, my neck was bothering me and all the time he said, put ice or take a pill. Later it results that I had a condition in my cervical that needed surgery. I am looking for another family doctor for a second opinion and after read these reviews I and very disappointed πŸ˜”.

Amazing doctor, so kind, really wants the best for his patients. Hard to find a doctor these days who has genuine empathy for patients. I highly recommend.

Had numerous problems with their billing office. Very upsetting as my credit was hurt by them. I assume that Dr. Noyes has already made his money through the years and just doesn't care. Other medical offices don't treat loyal patients this way.

When a doctor cares more about making money than he cares about the patient it's time for me to move on. After a complete physical in November I am now being told that I have to come back again for blood work in order to get my prescriptions. Really? I read below the complaints about the "extras" that are included in exam and I can confirm. I have been a patient for 9-10 years. I have fought through the hour long waits to see the doctor WITH AN APPOINTMENT because Dr Noyes seemed to really care. Foolish me to not recognize that he did in fact care--cared about how good my insurance paid and how easy it was to continually get me into the office for more tests. Today he is withholding calling in my prescriptions (again, blood work less than 3 months old) because I won't come in for more charges. Maybe once again it is my fault and I should just mail a check for the prescriptions to be written. I could go on and I'm sure I will later but suffice it to say, you should run from this doctor. Relationships don't matter. Only your wallet matters. Sad!

I went to Dr Noyes a few months ago. I went to him for treatment for a condition I have had for about 12 years. I was surprised when he wanted me to take a drug test and a pregnancy test because I've never had to take those tests for other physicians for the same medication I've been prescribed for 12years. I informed Dr Noyes that there was a zero percent chance I was pregnant but he insisted. That told me that he is a doctor who cares about how fat his wallet is. I was hoping my insurance would cover the drug testing but alas I just received a bill from Dr. Noyes for $48.00. I'm extremely annoyed and now know why he is not a dr on the UHC preferred list. He is the doctor who allows everyone's insurance premiums to go up each year because he insists on unnecessary tests. I urge all of you to take this into consideration when thinking about going to him. He's part of the problem that factors into the high insurance costs in America. I was looking over my eob and there is a vast difference in the amount listed on my receipt I received the day of my visit and the amount they charged to my insurance company. I inquired as to why there was such a huge difference in the amount and the billing rep for Dr Noyes acted completely incompetent. I work in the health insurance industry and this appears to be fraudulent. There is a $652 difference from my receipt and the claim submitted to my insurance. I will not be going back to Dr. Noyes. His deliberate lack of compassion for his patients financial well being is not in my best interest.
