My wife and I were both assured that every test (part of a routine physical) that we had done was 100% covered as preventative/routine care. In reality, Texas Family Medicine had no right to say such a thing as they had no idea. We asked that each test be verified and were assured that it was 100% covered, and yet we then received bills about a month later. When calling Texas Family Medicine they say that no one in the office should have said that it was 100% covered, and that legally they can not refund or take care of the fees in any ways because it would be insurance fraud. Only after over an hour speaking to various billing reps did they tell me there was no way for them to refund me/credit my account. Dr. Noyes is okay, but the lies of the staff make in not worthwhile.

This doctor is an idiot. He mis-diagnosed my illness. I had pneumonia, but he determined I had an upper resperatory infection even though my symtoms indicated otherwise. He should have known simply by listening to my lungs, the er doctors did.I became very sick and ended up in the er, and then was admitted to the hospital for five days of treatment.Through this whole ordeal this empty headed excuse for a doctor and his rude staff could only suggest I make an appointment,no apology or offer of assistance of any kind. When I did a follow up with him after being released from the hospital he didn't apologize or express any remorse of any kind for all the pain and suffering I endured because of his actions. I still had pneumonia after my release from the hospital and would need further outpatient treatment but I chose to use another doctor.I would not recommend Dr. Noyes or his rude staff to anybody for their medical needs.

Dr. Noyes is a good Dr., his staff need quite a bit of improvements. Billing department tries to charge you for stuff that you paid on last visit almost every time, they charged me for a missed appointment even though I had an email confirmation that I cancelled 48 hours in advance, took 2 months to rid of that one. The staff will argue with you as well. If you tell the Dr. even gets defensive and blows it off.

Dr. Noyes always takes time to explain everything to me so that I understand. It is also great to see the same people each time I go in. They remember things about me personally and I appreciate that. Great experience!
