Loved her work and approach, she is too good and friendly during sessions

After viewing positive reviews on internet about Dr. Neelam Mishra i also called her for my depression problem on 23 may 2021and on the same night i have send the consultation fee of Rs 800/- via paytm and i also send the screenshot on her whatsapp and she replied me that her team will contact me but till now i have never got any call from her side.after not getting response from her side i contact some other doctor and take treatment from her. when i get well i contacted her on 8july 2021 that please refund my money the session was not done she was saying i don't know the session was done. i said i had not recived any call from your side then she asked me for the whatapp chat history i share with her and also share the screenshot of paytm payment that i had done on 23may 2021.By this review just i want to say all the patients that she just take the consultation fee and forget .don't belive on the reviews that are posted by her friends and relatives on the internet. she has not having any record or not responsible about the patient. Never believe on positive reviews that are posted on internet about her.
