Usually a typical wait for a doctor from 10 to 25 minutes. Staff is usually pretty good, but lately been careless about returning calls for appointments. Asked for an appt in msg (no one EVER answers the phone), and no one called back. Called again, waited 4 days and no one called back. Guess I have to go in to book. (Msg says leave only ONE msg and call will be returned within 48 hrs or 2 business days). Pabani baffles me. He seems caring on one hand but cold and vindictive on the other. If you blow smoke up his backside he's nice, but question the safety/appropriateness of a prescription selection and watch out. Left a nasty scar when cutting off a teeny tiny weird looking mole. Ive had 13 moles removed at another clinic, all sewn up neatly. Pabani made a real mess of it....and left part of it in there. He claims he "loves" doing them....well, he needs to be shown how again by a doctor who is good at it. Ego is his biggest stumbling block....as it is for all but the most spiritually evolved among us. You can and should improve yourself as a doctor. You are not God. You are not smarter than everyone else. Regurgitating Big Pharma's (Big Profits) scientism and botched "studies" with no independent thought or questioning of their motivations at all, is LACK of intelligence....but ofcourse modern medical school designed to push drugs, rewards blind obedience and punishes the REAL healers.

My wife and I both followed Dr. Pabani to his practice in Port Dover. We have a 4-1/2 hour drive door to door and would still do it if it was double the distance. His staff always treat us with respect and dignity never making us feel rushed at our appointments. We are thankful for all he has done for us in the past and we know the same will stand true in the future. Thank you Dr. Pabani

Twice I called to make an apt because i was very ill and unable to function. First time the receptionist gave me an apt 6 weeks later. I cancelled and went to a walk in. Second time I had been walking into walls for two weeks and in great pain. Told me they would call back with an apt. They never called. Might as well not be my family doctor if I have to keep going to walk-ins and emerg.

Treats me like a joke, downplays my health issues, laughs me off ("oh, it's fine" "if that's everything...", etc.) no regards for my mental health, which I struggle with. Always too busy to listen to me and always eager to rush me out the door, wave me off, and ignore my concerns. His carelessness during wound care caused a surgical site to scar awfully. Now he's cut me off from renewals for mental health medications (prescribed by another doctor, not him!) without warning or comment, didn't even tell me, I found out through my pharmacist. Am now without the medication prescribed to me specifically to deal with chronic mental health problems, cut off from one day to the next. Stopping medication abruptly is beyond dangerous, any doctor will tell you, but now I have to, all thanks to him. Thoughtless and heartless.

Dr. Pabani is a great doctor and I appreciate the knowledge he has. This is my only reason to be with this family practice otherwise the receptionist does not have good manners. Currently, there is usually a one-month wait time to see the doctor.
