Dr. Malo is a very kind, caring and compassionate doctor. Always takes the time to talk to me and resolve any questions I may have. I am very thankful that she took me on as a patient. We are truly blessed to have her in Norfolk County.

TRY GETTING IN TO SEE HER! Called today April 26th earliest appointment June 1st!! 35 day wait??? What a joke!!! I wouldn’t say I have a doctor if every 2 years when I need to see one, they tell me to go to emergency!!

I consider myself VERY lucky that Dr. Malo accepted me as a patient. She is exceptional; kind, caring, attentive and listens to my concerns. Then she develops a solution that works. Norfolk is very lucky to have her.

Dr. Malo is really nice, and I enjoy seeing her. Although most of the time I see a student doctor for my appointment, and then she comes in for five minutes at the end. I also have had her receptionist mess up my apts, send the wrong paper work to my referrals. I had to wait with a full bladder at an ultrasound apt for her to send the correct paper work.

Dr Alison Malo is fantastic. She tries her best to give you the help you need and if she doesn’t think she can she will always direct you to a specialist that can. I am so blessed to call her my doctor.

Truly blessed to have Dr. Malo as my family physician. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Always smiling , friendly and great with my son and daughter. Only downside is she don’t seem to be able to keep quality nursing staff. Current staff needs to better their people skills.

Medical school produces Physicians, but very few of make an effort to " perfect their craft". Dr Malo, is clinically always on top of her game. She is extremely pro active, goes out of the way to serve patient welfare. During Covid crisis, she gave excellent online clinical support to my family. Dr . Ranjit Krishna.
