Prostate issues for me, efficient scheduling of MRI and BIOPSY from the doctor. I don't need a shoulder to cry on or someone to hold my hand. He's knowledgeable and efficient - both valued traits to me.

Dr. Ruzhynsky is very knowledgeable. My family doctor referred me to him for HoLEP surgery. Dr. Ruzhynsky determined that HoLEP was my best option and put me on a waiting list since this procedure is in high demand. He was very professional and respectful in addition to being exactly on time. I’m very happy to have him as my doctor. After talking with Dr. Ruzhynsky I know I’m in the hands of an expert in his field and I have great confidence in his skills.

The absolute worst experience that I have ever had

He barely glanced at the information I was asked to bring, asked me a general question, then proceeded to tell me what was wrong with my bladder. He may be bright and able, but if my visit was indicative he is quite dismissive of his patients.

First time seeing this Dr today and never wanna go back. I simple to describe to him a way to visually see the issue for the visit that I need to be standing not laying down and he replied "don't tell me how to do my job" I've never had a Dr say something like that after simply describing my issue. The whole time I was there I felt like he didn't care what so ever. Will be looking for someone else for this.

Absolutely fantastic Dr. I had HoLEP laser surgery done in February. Great results! Dr. explained procedure so that I could understand. The results have been terrific. Would recommend this Dr. and the surgery he performed. Thank you very much Dr. Ruzhynsky!

I had a good phone call experience. The receptionist called me a few days before to remind me of my appointment and the doctor called me right on time. He was able to answer my questions and I was satisfied with his answers. I will have in office visit in three months.
